Great question, GATCOIN is registered in Hong Kong and so is not subject to the same regulations as China. Team members from China such as Professor Tsai are under no restrictions when it comes to working for ICO's that are not based in China.

In short the new regulation in China regarding ICO's has little affect on us apart from not setting up a China based entity to directly market to Chinese crypto investors.
