Hello devs! For what this project, what the difference from Centra,TenxPay,TKN and other similiar project? For what it created? Can you shortly answer?
I think that distinguishes it ie; UahPay will offer a wallet money in 23 fiat currency initially which will cover most of Global currencies like EUR, USD, GBP and UAH. |

instead of soft cap already reached sir ?! and I think now the process is reaching its hard cap. if you look at the dev performance, I think UAHPay would be a big success. |

I PM'd frcat to explain why the smart contract tokens are not being distributed. Due to the nature of this project and the possibility of the Ukrainian Government adopting this system as a central issuer we cannot issue tokens until after the ICO ends. This gives us enough time to see what happens with the pending legislation and leaves us the option for issuance by the Government. Anyone participating in our Pre-ICO and ICO will be issued tokens from a Government backed private blockchain token or the smart contract you see on our website. The only question is which one.
