I think, in addition uahpay also serves as a means of payment that can be used around the world, because it already works with Mastercard. maybe you can visit the web from uahpay directly or can contact the dev, for more details. |

If you mean by the word dividend, then most of the exchanges would not list a dividend based token.All US exchanges avoid tokens which give out a dividend.Centra is a utility token which gives rewards in the form of cash back whenever the centra card is used by the holder.You need to clear things whether it is a dividend or reward? |

I read on page one in this thread and uahpay website seem soft cap only on pre sale, not on main sale. Soft cap targeted 2.5% of available token that mean soft cap will succeed if this token can sold 25 millions token from 1 billion token available. I don't know exactly when this ico ends but this ico until round 2 that will begin at november 23th, 2017 |

But as far as I know no one bank in Ukraine has the license to deal with cryptocurrency. The last has no legal status in Ukraine so far and consensus on this has not been reached. |

Think as a false move. Real whales initiate huge waves (transfers) solely via escrow. This project is not accompanied by escrow service. |

I think it's the right one - these are the transfers of the UAH tokens to the buyers. You can see number or UAHs transferred by clicking on the TXhash. And you can see the raised sum (ICO only, though) on the website, in the ICO section. I think it was a bit less than 2 million USD during the preICO, but that info was removed after the ICO had begun. |
