There is a problem not only to get tokens to orderbook. I've pending transaction from orderbook to my ether wallet, and 4 hours still pending.

is this because ethereum network have problem? I have some transaction pending almost 24 hour. never see this problem before. Even I put more than 21 gwei for my order

Not only Etherdelta everywhere the price is same. At the time of ICO 1AMM = 1$ now the price of AMM is nearly 0.35$ in Live coin. I think it will take some time to regain its value and also they need to distribute the AMM token the lenders then only the price will start increasing.

AMM market on hitbtc is suspended right now because of the previous problem, you can try use livecoin instead, AMM also listed there. The deposit in hitbtc is unavailable for now so you can't withdraw to hitbtc.
What is the minimum volume to get listed at coinmarketcap? because this must get to coinmarketcap for better exposure.

you can request it by yourself though. there's no payment on listing on coinmarketcap. the coin just need to be listed on some exchange and have a $10k trade volume.

It is possible but it will take some to list in other exchanges and Coinmarketcap. The company should send a request to coin market cap for adding the token in the market. Don't worry everything will be once they settle and start issuing the token for lending and the price of AMM will skyrocket.

I have received AMM tokens, and as I know, Micromoney team have sent AMM tokens to all verified Orderbook account. They will sent to MEW after this. If you have verified account on orderbook, you should received AMM tokens now.
