I dont think on short term Amazon will accept bitcoin, as soon as it is recognized and is accepted widely there is a very good chance Amazon will eventually accept payments with bitcoin,Thus it is very unlikely that we will see that happening in the near future. This is good news to the whole crypto community because Amazon is a very big online marketing platform and so if such a huge platform is announcing its acceptance of bitcoin as a mode of payment for transactions then at least it would also increase the popularity and encourage more platforms to also accept bitcoin as a payment method.

I don't think that Amazon will accept bitcoin as a standard for its company's financial transactions due to the fact that all of its business has a majority of share coming from the united states whose government is highly against that of the regulation of bitcoin and since Amazon is an American company, that isn't possible.

Amazon most likely isnt going to get involved in a scam. Bitcoins are tied to black market, dark web and other illegal activities including money laundering schemes. But the fact that more and more companies decide to accept bitcoins is undoubtedly good news.

honestly I do not even know why they should not, bitcoin has its own proven to be stable and it will benefit Amazon too, this will of course be great news and cryptocurrency lovers like me will I be happy once the news comes out.

This is just all speculations since last year which never has been announced with Amazon officially, they are just false news that people make to gain clicks or speculations. Most of the time I really don't believe that kind of news until it actually happened or officially announced by Amazon.
