BTC became popular around the world and many decided to accept it, hence, demand rose. the supply of BTC is not enough to fulfill the demand, hence, price rose.  |

Bitcoin is so expensive if it will be converted to my country's currency it will cost hundred of thousands.
Why bitcoin worth that much even its only a cryptocurrency can someone give me an idea.
based on my research bitcoin is very expensive because this bitcoin is not unlimited like fiat the bitcoin supply is limited so if the supply is limited the demand will go high and the value of bitcoin will going increase it will continue forever. |

Compared to what? Bitcoin is much less expensive when compared to the United States Dollar. The total value of the USD banknotes and coins in active circulation is around $2 trillion, while the market cap of Bitcoin is only around $200 billion. Or you can compare it with gold. The total market cap of gold is around $7 trillion.

Yeah bitcoin is currently having less market cap when compared to USD or gold but bitcoin increased its market cap value hugely over the years so bitcoin will broke all the coin market caps soon and it will become the most expensive currency or asset of the world in the year 2030. The bitcoin is getting expensive due to its limited availability so the price is increasing rapidly when demand increases for bitcoin. |

Just like diamond, it's with its difficulty in getting a bitcoin. Miners are really having a tough time trying to get diamonds, just like the miners of bitcoins. It costs so much equipment and the electricty required to get a small amount of bitcoins. Supply and demand also dictates the price of each bitcoins. |

Being as an a person who invest with bitcoin why so expensive maybe because of the increasing of people who invest with it. Everyday by days there's have an investor who wants to join. And it is really demand base on my own. |

Expensive? I think you mean why is it so cheap? 6 months for now, you are going to ask that question.
Do not forget it is only 21 million max, with all BTC lost it s probably closer to 18 million. Also do not forget the demand is and will be huge!
So I say it s still very cheap!

We are making the wrong comparison. We are comparing the price of 1 Bitcoin, to 1 oz of gold or with $100 banknote. That has to change. I'd request everyone to denominate their holdings in mBTC (or even Satoshis) instead of BTC. The psychological effect is huge.

i thinks its because of the investments and investors if there a lot of investor and stocks the price getting higher and higher and higher, so that was the part of the marketing strategy, many people get a lot of income from their investment. |

As you can see bitcoin value always increase because there are a lof of demand on bitcoin especially in December.
So it's worth to invest bitcoin rather than gold , IMO. It's also amaze my government as well so they decide to make the regulation as soon as possible

You can say that botcoin is expensive when it comes to buying it. But when you're selling your botcoin, it gives you a huge return. If you buy bitcoin now, due to it's rise in price, it will give you a huge profit. Probably in weeks. So I would say that even if it is expensive, it still is a good investment. |
