My stress relievers are chocolates, movies, Series and hanging out with my Boyfriend but for me if i have to choose 1 in all these i would choose to Always hang out with my boyfriend. Being with him makes me feel sa safe and relax. I can somehow vent out my feelings with him whenever i felt down or not in the mood.

To be honest my stress reliever is drinking beer. When I have a bad day I buy 2-3 bottles of beer and will drink it alone while watching movies or playing games. Helps me relieve my tension and anger for the whole day. It helps me relax my mind and forget the bad vibes for that day.
