My stress reliever is to eat,listening music while doing household task.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

If you jog a couple of times a day, it gives you time to not worry about anything else. As well as getting in shape. Try that.

My stress reliver is going out side,eating,drinking,chit chat to my friends and sleeping. sleeping make me relax and regain energy so sometime i choose to sleep that going outside. |

I usually play with my pet after my work. It really fights my stress and I have my own vegetable garden at the backyard.

Food is my best stress reliever haha. Whenever I feel depressed, I just call my friends to hang out to enjoy something delicious and stress will go away.  |

I just game basketball and League of legends.
sometimes my girlfriend is my stress reliever.
I also play League of legends and play sports when i am stress . And if you are stress , you can watch funny video on youtube , it's very effective |

For stress due to work I try to relax myself. For stress due to emotion or psychological issue, I try to encourage my self and say life both good and bad things.

When I am stress, I always do stress eating, I ate foods I like. I also talk with my loved ones which is my source of strength as well. I also watch funny videos sometimes where could boost my feeling. |
