The benefits of meditation are to help relieve tension, lower blood pressure, reduce pain and even prevent relapse in patients with depression. This encourages the strengthening of positive images and thoughts, treating yourself well and the surrounding people to reduce stress and fatigue.

My dog is my stress reliever. After a stressful day, I look forward to watch netflix with my dog. Then, I open a bottle of wine and eat chocolate. If I need to go out to clear my mind, I ride my kick scooter Wink

My stress reliever is to play League of Legends. Been playing the game since 2011 and guess what? I've never been stressed since then.  Grin

Playing video games is the best stress reliever, in my opinion. I have an Xbox and I also recently got an Oculus Go. VR games, I tell you, are next level gaming! It takes some getting used to, but you really get transported to different worlds. It feels like you’re actually part of the game. There’s no way it can get more interactive than that. Helps you escape for a while and unwind, most definitely.

My stress reliever is actually watching kpop crack videos. It is really entertaining as you can see their goofiness.
But outside the internet i like watching the sunset with my friends with a bottle of beer is really comforting.
