Singapore central bank is building a Smart Financial Centre... Shocked

Smart Financial Centre
MAS and the Singapore Exchange collaborate to develop Delivery versus Payment capabilities for settlement of tokenised assets across different blockchain platforms (24 August 2018)
Such capabilities will allow financial institutions and corporate investors to carry out simultaneous exchange and final settlement of tokenised digital currencies and securities assets, improving operational efficiency and reducing settlement risks. Anquan, Deloitte and Nasdaq have been appointed as technology partners.

The next phases of Project Ubin focus on new methods to conduct cross border payments using central bank digital currency. (CBDC)

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

69. Central banks are considering the issuance of CBDC for a variety of reasons. In some
advanced economies, the falling use of cash is motivating the study of CBDC as an alternative,
robust, and convenient payment method, the focus is more on improving operational and cost efficiency.

IMO, Make CBDCs on Zilliqa, as it can handle the huge volume(solves scalability) and provides the best cost efficiency aswell as interoperability.

Hello,
does anyone happen to know or Bittrex will support the Token Swap from Zilliqa?
I look forward to your answer
Amrit Kumar
Coinbase Pro: I had a conversation with the Coinbase team. They had been very busy recently and had said that they may start working on the support for mainnet in Mid July.

Swap date: We will announce in the coming days. Currently, Binance, Coinbase Pro, Bittrex and Huobi and Bitfinex are in the pipeline.

Why has the ZIL value remained so low over the past three months while the altcoins have increased in value? Swap fault?

Not only Zilliqa fell in price. Now there are many undervalued projects that will grow strongly throughout the alt season.

What exchange is it on? Why isn't that exchange mentioned in the OP?

Thanks. Why not at least put that coinmarketcap link in the OP? Or better than that put a list of the highest volume exchanges there. There will be newbies getting involved in crypto now a new bull run is starting, and they won't look further than the OP. They won't know about coinmarketcap when they start off.

For some it may be true, but there are also some skeptics. I would be interring to see how they react when Zilliqa goes up.
There's many things Zilliqa has done that no coin has done before, the skeptics cannot deny.

The insane number of low cost tx on a pow eco main net chain. (already can do around 3000 txps)
Can be dual mined(Blockchain 3.0)
Super secure smart contracts with Scillia.
The deals and partnerships etc already officially confirmed at some point such as...
Project Proton with Mindshare($35billion business !) Rubicon and many more...
The relation with Project Ubin, Anquan along with Nasdaq and Deloitte working with Singapore money authority (MAS)
Chainlinks external adapters for Zilliqa
The Stablecoin project with Hybridverse
Working with Pepsi !
Deal with Xfers , one of few that are MAS approved for e-wallets.

There is so much more official stuff out there that people cannot deny...

In my 8years of crypto , i have never saw anything like this accomplished in such a short time frame....

The reaction of those that sold or missed out when Zilliqa was under 2cents, will be full of extreme regret.
 Smiley

This is true, but the competition doesn't sleep. While Zilliqa may have achieved an incredible number of things, it isn't like all those other projects were standing still. There is more than just technology. Bitcoin and Ethereum have the advantage that their networks kind of grow by itself by now.

That's very clever thinking. It seems to be a new trend for devs to scorn bitcointalk and move to other platforms like slack and discord.

Doge probably started it off by moving to reddit.

Bitcointalk is still the centre of the crypto world, and they will get more interest in a project by participating in an ANN thread here.

Im catching up on the Anquan 622million Zil dump in past 8months lol

2 AMA are being organised for the community, one with Anquan and another with Zilliqa....

Anyways, im not bothered at all by anyone dumping esp at these prices lol....
i have been saying for weeks Zil is being suppressed....
the sellers will regret it when its real price is discovered at over $1 ZIL....
i see it as an opportunity for us to gain more ZIL..

Those that know me, know i dont chase pumps, i buy low , lower and wait and wait....this is how its done...you dont fomo when a coin is 10x up, you fomo when its 10x down  Cool

  Smiley Kiss

(saw this comment from Max...
Building large scale adoption on a public blockchain is not a space where anyone has a huge amount of experience or tangible success. )

I got some experience, aswell as many other members here.
I think i helped alot on two major public coins getting huge adoption, Eth and Xrp....check my history here...
both coins were around 40th cmc then taking them to 2nd position, also helped spread adoption on BCH when it first came out.
i got involved and helped spread the word on their tech and achievements.
Zil will be amongst the top aswell  Smiley

My advice to new Eth buyers began when Eth was under $1
Xrp advice came when it was 3 xrp for 1cent
BCH when it was under $200
and many more.

https://blog.zilliqa.com/zilliqa-day-countdown-win-prizes-in-the-online-competition-dddceee5fd59

Zilliqa Day Countdown competition to win many prizes worth USD 7500. The competition will run from 17 May 2019, 0000 hrs Singapore time to 15 June 2019, 2359 hrs. One ‘entry of the day’ winner will be selected every day during this period and 3 final prize winners will be announced on Zilliqa Day on 18 June 2019!

cmon Zilliqa team, if Anquan can dump over 104million Zil in June alone,
im sure you guys can easily afford to pay the winners that are complaining about not getting any prizes yet....but why so slow?..
kyc is all i can think of.

November 2018: 40.367.500 sent to Binance
December 2018: 29.500.000 sent to Binance
January 2019: 90.500.000 sent to Binance
February 2019: 47.500.000 sent to Binance
March 2019: 154.687.500 sent to Binance
April 2019: 41.000.000 sent to Binance
May 2019: 115.000.000 sent to Binance
June 2019: 104.374.900 sent to Binance

I do feel sorry for ex Chief Marketing Officer, Yiling Ding and other marketers, that tried to give Zilliqa as much exposure but were always fighting a behind the scenes uphill battle.

Hopefully many lessons have been learnt, by all.

Anquan’s Private Blockchain

Currently, Anquan’s private, permissioned blockchain technology uses the same source code as Zilliqa.

“Heavily regulated industries and most enterprises demand highest levels of data privacy. It is important for them to have highest levels of confidence that data will only be shared on a need-to-know-basis within the blockchain network, and that only authorised participants can join the network. Anquan’s Hardware Rooted Trust technology, which leverages Intel SGX, has given our many banking clients the level of assurance they require around data privacy.”

https://business.nasdaq.com/marketinsite/2018/MT/MAS-SGX-on-How-Project-Ubin-is-Way-of-Future-for-Blockchain-Interoperability.html

Establishing connectivity between disparate blockchains is a daunting
task, as each will have its own unique set of rules and protocols. Hence, achieving interledger interoperability is
of profound interest for the financial industry as a whole.

What's the story ?
a coin called zil, that we all tried to gain adoption, giving newbs the tech red pill
but our efforts were in vain, for 8months most holders were feeling the pain
we tried to promote it, get it to pump
but little did we know that Anqaun was causing the dump
Now we all know why it went down and why most were feeling like clowns
good news is the suppression has stopped, Anqaun have promised to hurt us no more...
