If you could post pictures of the inside of the building, and explain a bit more about the state of the building I could be interested.

I'm assuming it is structurally safe to live in?  I see there's a chimney, does it have a functioning fireplace?  Does it have any insulation?  Are the water pipes +taps ok? (will need re-connecting I presume).

It needs a complete gutting really. No insulation. Its sale is land value only, building is as is where is as they say in Canada, hence the 30BTC ask.

Full of ghosts. Actually I spent the last month in hell because one sucked me in through a portal when I visited the property. I barely made it out alive. In fact Im still wondering if this is just a trick of the mind and my balls are still being whipped by a balrog.
