I would like to see the property before I buy it. I live in Sweden, but I am going to travel to Germany this summer.
If you need the payment fast and cant wait until July-August then you could remove my bid.

And again, I do encourage not to use escrow, as in this instance, this is a house/property and it's not really needed, especially if you're travelling to Germany and want to see the property, then you might as well pay at that time if that's agreeable with Bitcoin_Bob.
Do keep everyone updated if possible (maybe a thread in these forums), I believe Bitcoin_Bob will talk to you on this point, so that everyone can see it all go through fine and dandy and build confidence with this new frontier of House/Property Auctions for Bitcoins.
