Living abroad in general is bound to sacrifice, not just working. Different lifestyles and out of comfort zone. Of course if you also have to work the picture can become really dire. But at the same time it is also a lesson of life.

No doubt it's a great sacrifice. The people who live in abroad, they have to follow many regulations of that country and the most painful thing is that they  have to live there far from their family members for a better life that can make them and their family financially strong.

Departure is bitter than hungry. Arriving is better than departure. Working in abroad is so difficult. Lot of time, sweat, tears, brokenness but you need to stay strong for your family.

Others are lucky and become successful while others are not so lucky they end up maltreated or underpaid and the like. People work overseas to support their loved ones back home. If you are unmarried, then working abroad can mean fun (unless you are moving to the GCC nations such as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait). At first you might feel homesickness, but once you get new friends, you will start to enjoy your life. But for the married people, it can be quite tough to stay away from their family.

You bet. Immense sacrifice to both parties i would say. To the one who will leave and to the one who will be left behind. Unavoidable circumstances in life leads someone to this decision. Poverty is the main reason of many. A comfortable life can only be achieve in working abroad. To the point that you have to leave all your love ones behind and be on your own.

Its only a sacrifice when you are posted there by your superiors and you have no say in the matter, but ii really see it as sacrifice especially since you are going to leave all the people you know and love behind and try to adapt to a whole new culture and their way of life as well. I'm only playing though, it's ok to work abroad, but you have to worry about those who might be resentful.

Second is to know the rules of your target country.Some country especially in middle East have very strict rules and  if you guys come from an open city then u have to adjust a lot in their rules.
Third and most important is be mentally, emotionally and physically prefered.,you will come there to work.You need to sacrifice a lot of things and even your family.As for my experience homesickness is very hard to beat especially when you are used to do things with your love ones like celebrating ocassions.Here you will celebrate those days alone.

Working abroad is not easy especially if you are far away from your love ones. At the first step of the country that you will be there will have a very big adjustment for weather, culture, environment and etc. You need to be socialize so that you will familiar in the place where will you been. For our loved ones working abroad every time we expend their tough earned money, we need to be always have a consideration the hardships, sacrifices and loneliness that they had to go through for our sake. Being alone in a place we you are not familiar is hard. You need to learn the culture and be socialize.

Working abroad is so hard sacrifices always do in every person who go abroad.they sacrife because they lack of finances to support their family if they stay in their country.As i can see many family was broken because of that sacrifice the wife or husband they left is cheated them or their children go to the wrong way.So better not to go abroad stay in our own country and work hard.

I agree, You will also feel the importance of your family's presence when you are alone in other country working. The sacrifice of being away from them just to give them a better life is one of the way to show them how much we love them. Sadly, there are family members who also take advantage of the person who is working abroad. My prayer is that all of the people can stay in their own country with better opportunities so that they don't have to leave their families. Its not always about the money we can give but also our presence and time to bond with them.

So true. One of the reasons why a family is broken is because of the family member that is miles away from them. Their situation is very hard especially if you're debating between starvation and money. I also hate the fact that some family members doesn't even feel sympathy towards their family member. I mean, they should put themselves in their member's situation if they were to work abroad. They are not living a good life there either. Can't they just be optimistic and try to understand the situation 'cause that's the only thing they can help to that certain family member.

Lack of parental guidance or they seek for attention is now a cliched excuse for those who are left behind, especially those who are in the right age and doesn't seem to mature at all. If you let all the negativities of life come to you, you never know happiness is. Can't we stop finding reasons why we are sad? Can we start finding things that will make us happy and fulfilled?
