Good resources, but I think it is worth adding that you should not rely on ratings, but to recheck the project itself on many factors, the team, advisors, the fullness of git hub.

Both in bitcointalk bounties announcements and in websites related to new ICO incoming, and i saw a lot of bounties now that is good to invest, and i saw some ratings of the ICO, and you will see if the ICO is good or not, if it is hot or not. Maybe you will find some ICO's in bounty altcoins.

I can assess some ICO projects that need to contribute by making an Investment view of many of its enthusiasts like communities on twitter or telegram and I am biased to find a list of ICO or interesting projects e some websites that show a monthly ICO rating or list

I alway have a look at bitcointalk. I study their ann thread and have a look at the people behind the project. I try to find out something about the team on google and I have a look at ICO review pages. Twitter is also a nice source for cryptonews and new ICOs!

You can look at ico trackers, sometimes you can find decent projects, but recently there are a lot of them and it's very difficult to sort
