Which game is the most popular now to sell items on GameFlip? I cant really guess what sells the most now.

If I have to make a guess game, I'd say CS:GO, smart people don't trade their skins on Valve's marketplace, they trade on marketplaces like gameflip, opskin, skins.cash etc...because they can withdraw their $. And CS:GO market is huge
Exactly, not only it's huge but it is also very profitable. Prices of skins can reach even thousands of dollars

I can tell from my own experience that the skins market around CS:GO is huge. As you said, there are skins worth thousands! Some collectors are even willing to pay 5-figure sums for some skins.
Yep, I heard about some dragon? If I remember correctly skin which is very rare and it's worth something about 40,000 dollars Shocked

40,000 dollarsfor a skin? I should start playing that game to trade later.  Grin

Don't get a wrong impression. These high valuable skins are extremely rare and you probably won't be lucky to get one ever. But nevertheless, it shows really good how big this market is, which GameFlip can be a part of. And now we only talked about CS:GO but GameFlip is so much more than only this game!

I knew that those items are very rare but as you have said it's a good example of what is Gameflip market going to be capable of.

40,000$ for a ingame item? There is really someone paying this amount of money "just" for an ingame item?

perhaps even further then that, the game Entropia Universe has had several ingame items/plots being sold over 100k USD, tho many see the game as a pure online casino, the ingame economy made it possible to reach sales up to 330k USD, with a single sale crossing over 600k USD ( Sale of Club Neverdie, A virtual mining and hunting dome with increased risk and odds within the game)

Its a huge market that is very under advertised I find, if devs can make a name for themselves in the business this could become a very successful project, the hard part is gonna be them showing they are better than the competitors in the space

Seriously, i didnt know that skins can be that expensive. I remember playing CS 1.6 years ago and nothing was even remotely valuable. This opened a whole new dimension for me about GameFlip platform, i guess there are relly huge profits to be made.

It is nearly impossible to find that through gaming. It's like jackpot and probably you will never earn it regardless how much you try to get it.

But you have money maybe sponsors so you can just pay for it.

Heard of that story, too. Guy sells his house in real life to buy a virtual-Night-Club for 100k USD, just to sell this club 2 years later for 600k USD again ... Crazy.

Its not at all strange. If you know about World of Warcraft, which created massive buzz and people played like a month continuously to make their character better and better. The virtual character is an image of what you want to become and will yield the most in gaming industry.

ya for some gamers, upgrade or modify their character is really important and they will spend their money even it is a lot or only a little.
