I don't agree with you.

Early investors if use 1 eth for investment maybe they raised 300$ for it but if they hold their eth instead of investing they would have 800$ now. So it means tokens are more expensive now. If you make a discount for newcomers, early birds get harm.

As far as I see this project is legit there will be bounty payment 100% , So the question should be when . And every ICO start the payment one week after ico end , We are still in the ICO I do not know why people are nervous , Also this bounty was managed by one of top bounty manager , We should not get worried just wait until ico end .
