in my opinion bitcoin will not replace gold, it may be banknotes to replace bitcoin as a medium of exchange, gold can not be replaced because gold is not a medium of exchange but gold is a precious metal commonly used for jewelry, while butcoin can not be used for jewelry

Will i believe that bitcoin has already defeated gold because bitcoin today is really good in gaining a huge profit because it is really good in investing and trading process because of its amazing future i believe  that bitcoin is really amazing. While in gold we cannot really gain a huge profit because gold is always  high at price  and it is really  risky.

They are different,  I have some doubts about replacing gold with bitcoin.  Bitcoin is a digital currency  with a very special characteristics that is being used in our online transactions such as paying bills and other related transactions with digital currency.  Gold is a valuable thing as well but cannot be use to transfer funds which BTW can do.

maybe the gold price is relatively stable and real and can be seen real and can be used and stored real and already tens of years ago gold exists while btc opposite so it may be difficult to predict between gold and btc depending on weight and value of btc gold relative as stable

I don't think so. Gold and bitcoin is both different things. Both of them has their own specific features. But if you're referring to it's value, I think bitcoin has already replaced gold but still gold is a precious thing that cannot be replaced by any thing.

Gold in general is no better. The value of gold is nothing more than a result of a global consensus - at the moment everyone agrees to consider gold a measure of value, simply because this measure is in some form or another necessary. If we assume a utopian situation, that tomorrow everyone agrees that gold is not such a measure, then it will be good only for the production of quality wires and trinkets.
The btc is gaining momentum for exactly the same reason - the global consensus towards the btc is constantly being strengthened. In this case, unlike gold, the cue-ball is not only a measure of value, but also a settlement system, and gold is not a competitor for this parameter.

I dont think bitcoin can beat gold. Because gold is precious and it exist while on the other hand we cant even see or touch bitcoin. Gold is still gold. And I think thats the good reason why bitcoin cant overtake gold. Yes bitcoin is much more expensive than gold but lets see what will happen the next few days. Smiley

Agree with you that bitcoin is much more expensive compare with gold but the price can not be used as reference one thing can replace another thing. So for sure bitcoin can not be used jewelry so both things have different direction.

That's impossible. The btc value is higher than gold. btc can not replace gold. Not in terms of value think about jewelry. btc can not make jewelry. . That is the natural necessity of man. There are many things that gold can do but btc does not. ..

I personally think it is impossible to replace the gold bitcoin and vice versa. I think it's naive to think that it will happen. If the only basis for replacing the gold bitcoin is value or price then you obviously have the wrong idea here. Both bitcoin and gold have a characteristic that no one else has and if you understand this then it is enough to justify that one will not replace the other.

The two has different characteristics and i think Bitcoin will not replace bitcoin. Gold is a real thing that can be hold and sell to people and make it jewelry etc while bitcoin is a digital currency but with a great value.

The vaue of gold can not be replaced, now the bitcoin has a high value because many people will buy and invest in it, but it will not take a long time, and the ups and downs of its amount, while gold when you buy today, value increases at long time. So gold can not be replaced by bitcoin.

Why should Bitcoin replace gold? They are very different assets and people buy gold and bitcoins for different reasons. I think they actually integrate each others.

In terms of trading bitcoins defeats gold in that field.  More people were able to participate in bitcoin's market compared to gold since it is more accessible and easily earned even by a regular employee and non professional traders which makes its demand and supply flourish greatly this year compared to gold. Gold will remain, it's the most preferred precious stone in the world. It's like the bitcoin in the jewelry industry. But there's no way to replace gold with bitcoin

I think Bitcoin can not replace Gold, because Bitcoin has a very tight currency, whereas gold increases the amount it at long time and it is very precious. Gold does not need technology for trading. And gold and other jewelries will last.

Bitcoin and gold are verry precious. We all knew that bitcoin can rise in higher value thats why it is always compare to gold.It can replace gold when it comes to value. But use bitcoin in jewelry like gold.i dont think so.

I do not think so. To say that bitcoin replaces a certain value, it can only substitute for a common currency like the ERO, although bitcoin is a large market with a large amount of investment money, but to say that bitcoin replaces the gold. I think this is impossible.

That is true because bitcoin and the gold is different, they don't work the same way because bitcoin is a modernized asset which it helps a lot of people in doing transactions and not only through financial. Replacing gold will not give any good benefits because what is the sense for replacing it when you can just use both.

In my opinion, I don't think that bitcoin will ever replace gold. Yes, bitcoin is getting its value higher as day passed by, but it is incomparable with gold. Gold is not that easily extracted from earth. It gets scarcer and scarcer as people mine, then its value also increases. There is variety of uses for gold while bitcoin is a form of currency. I don't think that bitcoin is standing in the same side and level as gold. Gold is more superior.

Bitcoin is a new thing for us it is famous in recent days but Gold is live from a long long years ago and it is very comfortable to all but bitcoin has more higher value than gold so investing in bitcoin is the best way than gold for today's generation .
