The natural cause of people's poverty is because there are people who try to get rich at the expense of others ... they only seek fame, wealth and income. But there are always poor ... poorer ..... and rich always richer

Poverty is very rampant in every nation .We can see this in the news in television and newspapers circulating in everyday walk of life.
Some causes of this is those running the government officials ,the corruption and dishonesty in their service.Misuses of the funds for the community.Also, individuals who have no desire to work hard for his or her betterment.Lack of proper education for them.

Poverty is rampant in the Middle East, in Africa, and some parts of Asia. But certainly not in every nation. There's some poverty everywhere, but if you gave someone a free choice between a third world and a first world country it's pretty obvious where the choice will fall.

I think the most common cause of poverty is education and lack of job opportunities.Government should offer a free education for the poor people so that in the future they can find for a good job and lessen the issue of poverty.

Here in Nepal, people don't value education that much. On top of that in many of the households alcoholism has become a major problem. The children are left on their own, if both the parents are alcoholics.

There are lot of reasons resulting to poverty. First, it could be poor decision making that results to negative impact in financial status. No planning in regards to income without saving some money for emergency purposes. Second, being lazy to get up and look for work. One may just sit and wait for someone to give what they need. Third, the country which makes it clearly define the poverty. Many countries belong to the third world country. These are the poor country in the world. Fourth, corrupt government leaders. These leaders are selfish and they just think of their own that hinders them from doing services to the public. Fifth, illegal drugs. Those person involved in drugs will just buy these illegal drugs rather than food. They are dependent with it as a result they will commit crimes that related to robbery, hold up, stealing other goods and etc. So for now the only thing that could get us from this poverty is to work hard and be a drug free.

If the wealthy guys travel to third world nations such as Congo and Indonesia to exploit the resources, then you can't blame them. These nations don't have the technological know-how to exploit the resources themselves. Without the rich investors, the resources will never be extracted and nobody is going to benefit. You should also know that the profit margin is not that big for the investors. Most of the money gets eaten up by the corrupt officials and the bureaucrats.

In a third world country like mine, i cannot say that resources is one of the reasons why there are still many who are very poor. I cannot also point my finger to the government because, there are so many problems that must be faced not only poverty. I think there are still people who were born poor and will die poor because, they did it themselves. If you I was born poor, i need to work my ass off so i can provide basic necessities of my family.. I need to strive harder. I need to work and work until i am able to save and put up a simple business and everything will follow.

However, there are many people who are lazy and put a blame to everyone beside her/himself. People who wait for small blessings from neighbor of from their families. People who work but gambles, smokes cigar, takes drugs and drinks and drowns themselves with liquor. People who work but spends beyond their paycheck. People who are rich but takes advantage to the poor. People played by fate and loses hope. People that are advantageous to generous people. Politicians who thinks only of themselves and how be richer. There are so many kinds of people and so many reasons why poverty is one of the world's problem.

I agree with you. If you ask me three major reasons for poverty, then I would name laziness, over-population and lack of education (according to the order of importance). In many of the poorest nations in the world, you can find a combination of all these three factors.

The common reason to poverty in every country is corruption, if a country has no corruption in their government there is no poverty but I think there is no country that has no corruption. if there is what country it is?

I'd say lack of education and fewer job opportunities in overpopulation area as the common cause of poverty hence people who live in poverty do whatever it takes to survive.
