i think corruption and poor knowledge are two main factors cause poverty in many countries, a country with all corrupted officials and too much not educated people will make the economy of that country drop.

Laziness and ignorance. There are lots of people who became successful even though they are not educated. If they strive to earn they will eventually get themselves some cash. Some people only blames their poverty on the government  in which I don't think is right.

There is a solid reason for the unequal distribution of wealth. You can expect a person who is having just primary education and an IQ level of 60 to have the same level of income as someone with a Master's degree and an IQ level of 120. It also depends on how hard working that person is, and how much he is keen on learning new skills.
