In the past the prices were not growing rapidly but now the users become numerous and the demand for bitcoin is high in the world that’s why if you hold it with patience you will get profit.

I know there is a big quanlity of demands for Bitcoin but there is still can be a big crash which could lead the price to the begin. It's hard to predict when will it happen but for sure it will happen. Profit is depending on how can you stop your greed. Greedy will kill you when you're unexpected.

You will end up selling your coins at low rates which will result in huge amount of loss. You need to develop this habit of remaining patient within yourselves.

Dont worry buddy you are not the only one who made that stupid mistake. Remember bch when it hit 45 million sats I sold my 1 bch for only 8 m then after few days it trended up. I didnt sleeo for a day because I got frustrated.

What happened in bch was a really sudden pump and no one see it that's it's coming and many loses, many were profited, many buy back and sell and go with the hype.
And what happen to you is really a big loses and damage had been done and I think there's a lesson that you've learn, holding is real and even though there's a low risk but it surely gives you a sure profit.

patience is must when you have a bitcoin , for me also a bitcoin holder i already experienced the good side of holding and have a patience , i usually sell my coins for spending since i was holding , the coin that i was sell is only the part that i earn holding it.

Another point to be taken is that the market is hard to beat. That is the most difficult thing that everyone encounters patience and holding. Because most of the people always wanted to receive their money immediately so they end up getting almost nothing because bit all coins are successful admit that so what we supposed to do for those coins we need to hold it for a while then when the price rise again then we will now sell it in a mich higher price. Because in trading we need to be wise and fo not be contented on something that is lower.

I have also problem about holding guys. I have my best coins and today its almost times 2 and sometimes I feel crazy to sell it but I doubted because I want to sell it next year where about I get almost 5 times more than the price today. Few days hours Im so tempted. I almost hold it about 2 weeks but my weakness strikes when the price is getting higher. So good luck for me, I want to hold it and praying that I will going to sell it next year.
