This website and ANN post are very misleading. First the dev wants you to think this is a POS. But the website states it is POS/POW. Then he adds the x13 algorythm and will go on to say its asic resistant.

I think its general about x13 algo on tokc website. But you are right. Maybe dev should clarify it. Tokc is PoS.

I had have the same problem. You have to write a tokyocoin.conf and add some nodes. You can find nodes here:
http://tokyocoin.xyz/network

There is a addnode selection. Copy and paste addnode=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Tokyocoin\tokyocoin.conf
If there isnt a conf file, create it and restart your wallet.

Yobit sucks big time...

i've bought 1.000.000 TOKC,
this morning I was transfering them to my desktop wallet,
still did not receive them...

wallet is synced....

When I log in to yobit, now I see 1000 TOKC "in progress"
what happened to the other 999.000 TOKC?

Don't know where to complain since Yobit never responded to earlier problems I had with them...

This has to be one of the most piss poor pathetic coins I have come across, Read the first 20 pages with not even 1 pool listed. All kinds of people reporting viruses in the wallet but yet other people want the virus as well i guess by not heeding their warnings. Must be a bunch of millennials eating their tide pods.

The only virus in this wallet is ircbot. I think some wallets use it to find nodes.

4)Move to saved before 3 files to Tokyocoin folder.replaceing wallet.dat

I think 5000000 was the number but why would you need them without any info from the developer.

I saw Tokyocoin in the website for Coinmarketcap. I would like to know if having the coin listed in that site would have any effect in making the coin more well known. I am not sure whether that will boost prestige or popularity.

For some reason my wallet has been crashing for the past week.  I get the following error:

  How to stake coins?
   1) First you need a balance, to stake.
   2) Leave your wallet open, don't spend your coins.
   3) You can reserve certain amount of coins to stake, under "settings > options" in wallet GUI
   4) Coins start staking after holding for 8 hours.  Passively.

  Why I didn't Receive my Airdrop Coins?
