finally the price of bitcoins is increasing and was becoming more stable but ! Its price is again decreasing now... You know it will be very nice if you guys instead of dumping them hold on to them...
Dumping the bitcoins in panic because of the fear of the price never reaching this high value in future.. does affects the price of bitcoins in a very bad way!
Yes some people get profit form it but!!!it decrease your future chances of earning even more higher profit... And so does for everyone else...

That is true although its price now is already higher than before, we will not sell all our bitcoins. Lets hold some and if we need money sell some.

Exactly, the price is going to come back to what it was eventually. Thats how I make money from other people.
I find that in fact, trading less often would have let me earn more money than i would've if I was just keeping my money in the coin.
Bitcoin and alts are highly violatile but they are on a strong uptrend.

              It doesn't mean the price wont change forever or it will go up or down as long as it wants, the most important trait for you is to control your emotion, over excitement can sometimes lead to a big loss, how much more those who feel down when the price starts to drop low? let's be patient for a while and wait  a little longer.

We can’t take away the possibility that they’re emotionally unstable than others,, it doesn’t mean it is wrong but it can be corrected,, not now but as experience would eventually lessen this panicking.. Op is right that it is us (users,, investors) that dictates the price of it.. So if we react badly it reflects on its price..

You are right all I came to know is that bitcoin is that its value increases with the passage of time as more and more (new) people are investing in bitcoin so the demand is increasing but the supply is constant.

I will not be panic selling either. A quick analysis on coinmarketcap will tell us that the risesnand falls in the market is normal, so there really should be no panic

we see many people gets panic when they see the price is down and they do fast selling without thinking much. i think they do this is because they buy bitcoin when the price is at high price so if they don't sell now, they can make profit and they will only loss their money. but for me, although the price is down, i will keep my bitcoin because the price will be back increase later. and if i still have money in my account, then i will buy more bitcoin just in case to prepare when the price is increase again so i can make more profit.

I think it's reasonable to assume that unless some major sweeping legislation is passed in a prominent country, selling is ill-advised.

Even if another bloodbath happens, buy the dip.

Panic selling is really not very right as the name suggests. Panic selling means that you are mindlessly selling off stocks without thinking about its effect on the market and yo you most especially. If a lot of people sell their bitcoin while on panic mode it can have adverse effects on its prices.

Looking at the chart it doesn't seem like anyone was panic selling. The market is fairly resilient right now. The critical point will be whether we manage to break through USD 5k,- -- once we manage that a huge psychological barrier will be torn down. Even if the next attack on USD 5k,- fails I don't see the market dipping any time soon either. Maybe some sideways action, at worst.

it will break that amount and it will help a lot in making the hard fork successful, being panic will not result good thing and will be helpful if we hold it now.

Yeah, indeed it's often on panic selling bitcoin it will be generate regret that price can still continue to moving higher. Confidence and patience on holding are urgently needed to prevent panic on selling, which can generate more profits for the next time. I think the current bitcoin price will not drop drastically in the price movement, that's will stabilize above $4000 I guess. Keep our spirit to doing the best till gain the more highest profit.

Only those who has weak hands will do the panic.  As long as you believe on bitcoin you will definitely hold and wait for that wonderful price. The more btc you will hold the bigger the profit you will get.

Panic selling is uncontrollable especially if a player doesn't have enough money to risk with. In my opinion since I've been engage in the stock market for almost 3 years, without proper knowledge on he industry and lack of resources most of the people I've known ended up dealing a of lost opportunity as they sold their stocks/shares without having any supporting facts to alligned with their decision. As for Bitcoin as the price got higher than this past weeks it is really a quiet a development despite of lot attacks through media to put a bad image on th industry itself. At this point there's no reason for us to sell are coins as you base on the progress that it made this week.

Panic in selling,? If you don't need money that much, It is better to hold btc for future purposes, In my experience with btc, it is highly volatile, sometime it goes up and down, Keep calm my friend because this is the characteristics of btc, The development of btc is part of history that everbody are capable to have a good opportunity started from 2009 and has a value at the lowest level but after a short span of time, it already soar up to the extent and reach the same level with gold, No wonder btc proves to be a good investment.
