Well It all depends. Some companies accepts those who didnt attained high education. Some of them relies on the skills, experience, and attitude. However, for a better future and position well its not important. coz its a MUST for you to have a masters degree. So that you can showcase your skills, experience and attitude without limitations.

If you are going to talk about credentials, it is a very good advantage especially when you are planning to push teaching- education specifically. Also, I think it also depends if a person wanted to have more learning's and focus on his specialization though there are only few companies and industries will only consider that nowadays. These companies I think have highs standardization of their line of work with high compensation at the same time.

We can't disregard master degree just because there are people who doesn't have masteral but still they job. It's not essential but must be integrated with equal experience if not taken it's surely possible though. I am one of the people having a first level degree without a master.

What are my life goals?
Can I achieve my goals without a Master's degree?
Will I work for an employer who will seek a Master's degree?

In my case for an mobile and web developer there is no need for an Master's degree, but maybe you will need it. If you will, go for it.

Yes it is because when you achieved master degree, they will treat you as a professional in your career and your salary will increased because in all company they need a professional employee to become succesful. It is okay if you didn't achieved master degree but they will prefer the one who got it.
