With your unconfirmed from your balance you can try to re-sync wallet by replace blank .bin file or follow instruction to reload wallet from 24-25 words seed. Hope it can help.

This new cli split the translations, then some I get and others do not ... I think I've already lost some 300 coins in failed transactions.
I'm pretty scared of trying to send 100 coins at once and get only 10 coins.
Using WINx64-Truckcoin0.11.1-cli ... but still having the problems.
They should make a guide for this things.
