Any current/potential shareholders looking to pick up 1 share from the first 12 Jupiters purchased? I am considering selling my share if there is any interest.

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.

For those of you who aren't subscribed to the KNCMiner newsletter, it appears as though the Jupiter is going to have a little bit more grunt that previously expected - 400GH/s - giving us 13.3 GH/s per share instead of 11.6 GH/s.

They're also going to be saying how long after the first shipment each order will be shipped Smiley

Hi Soniq,

A few of your shareholders have messaged me asking about the possibility of getting your group-buy listed on BitFunder.

Just today BlastBob/Tyrion70's group-buy moved to BitFunder and have already seen a price per share increase move from 0.005 to over 0.01~0.02 per share in trades.

If you have any interest in this, I would be happy to extend a free listing promotion to your shareholders. Smiley

If you have any questions, please feel free to pm me.

Thank you for your time,
Ukyo

I think we need a lot more information before we can really make this decision. If we put it on the exchange, doesn't it undermine those that got into the first 12 miners? You would almost have to divide it up into several batches of shares if the 13th miner and beyond comes online after the initial 12. Are there additional fees associated with having it listed on the exchange? What would the initial share price be? (Some bought at 2BTC per share while others paid 2.25 or more.) There are a lot of things to consider. Please give us more info so we can make an informed decision.

this is just a preliminary poll to determine if I would proceed with negotiating terms with an exchange.

All terms would be disclosed before any IPO was created if it gets that far.

Ok but shouldn't those things be decided BEFORE we make a decision to put this on an exchange? That's like buying a car then finding out after you pay what kind you get. I for one would vote no if, for example, putting the group buy on the exchange led to higher fees.

I think what he means is that this preliminary poll is to measure interest, to see if it's worth negotiating the terms. Then, the decision will be made.

Soniq

Will you be updating the spreadsheet with the new queue positions that KNC should be releasing about now?

Cheers

Just a few posts up from yours:

For those of you who aren't subscribed to the KNCMiner newsletter, it appears as though the Jupiter is going to have a little bit more grunt that previously expected - 400GH/s - giving us 13.3 GH/s per share instead of 11.6 GH/s.

Havent received anything from KNC yet, but I assume it will be near the front of the line as I had #77, #78 and #83 for preorder numbers

Hey there,

BitFunder does have a method to handle shares in batches so this will not be a problem.
If and when there is enough interest in listing I will be happy to explain in more details.

Thanks Smiley

+2 Bitfunder.

My shares in another KnC group buy have already more than doubled in value, thanks to their IPO.

I was able to sell half and cover my initial investment.   Cool
