Can someone make it clear to me please: latest bitfunder changes. I'm not an US citizen but for some reasons I don't want to send my scanned passport etc. to anyone, so I'll stay as unverified at weexchange and I will keep my bitfunder account. As bitfunder says: All current BitFunder users who are not United States persons or entities must supply the information required to obtain "Verified" status on their linked WeExchange account before November 1, 2013. Any such users who fail to provide the necessary information will not be able to enter into or sell positions on the BitFunder website as of November 1, 2013.
Users will be able to withdraw holdings and Bitcoins from their BitFunder accounts before and after November 1, 2013.
As I understand this: I won't be able to buy or sell any shares, but I still will be able to receive and withdraw all dividends.Am I right?

In attempt to figure out proper dividend payments, all SNQ.CoinI and SNQ.CoinII will cease trading at 12:00 MST tomorrow on Bitfunder . All shares transferred back to me at that time will be converted to direct shares. Any one choosing to stay on Bitfunder can stay. To convert your shares back to direct shares, 1- transfer all your shares to user SNQ on Bitfunder 2- send an email to kncjupitergb@gmail.com with " Bitfunder Shares " as subject line 3- include your Bitcointalk forum name, Bitfunder username and Bitfunder payment address and the number and type of shares you have ie. 300 SNQ.coinI and 500 SNQ.coinII Please follow these directions carefully, as it will add extra time to proocess the shares Trading will be suspended temporarily 12:00 MST tomorrow to calculate dividend payment

Thanks for the update soniq. One last question, will bf divs be paid before this? It seems like bf shareholders may miss out on the first dividend?

The dividend payment will be issued equally among direct members and Bitfunder members after all shares are converted back to direct shares

I saw that email and really thought Soniq's email had been hacked and someone was looking to scam all of our shares. I am glad that is not the case but I have been wondering where the hell our dividend payments have been. I guess I will convert back to direct shares. Since Jon paid for hosting when we listed on BF does converting to direct shares change anything?

The hosting loan to Jon has been paid in full, so converting to direct shares will not effect amount of dividend payment

Ahh ok, when I did a quick look at your spreadsheet earlier it seemed like there was bitcoin for bf shareholders waiting to be paid out. Was all of that used to pay for the hosting loan? I just figured you were waiting to pay those divs since direct shareholders had already made hosting payments and received thier first div.
I thought bf holders would get a dividend prior to all shareholders receiving an equal amount. As I understand now this is incorrect?

If you click on your user tab(top right) it shows half of the public payment address associated with your account.

I managed it with google auth app. I have sent you a mail as required. I have two more question: 1. First dividend payment sent today to GB1 direct share holders. ...
Since our shares were hashing also and we didn't receive any dividend yet, do you have some plans regarding this issue? 2. Bitfunder members who transferred their shares back to the direct shares pay the hosting (those who didn't already pay) 0.11 BTC per share per month? Thanks!
