This is already old news that dividends have been removed and replaced with DPOS system which will be used to create a secure, decentralized and performance-based logistics database through the blockchain and network-generated transactions. Well, to be honest, the packages sent to towns are the "core" of the Peer to Peer, explaination is very simple made by the graphic in the whitepaper under the service.
Will be available the chance to send the package to our Direct Logistic point in italy to reship it everywhere else in the world in March late for sure. About the BETA full-working in all countries we're talking about a bit more time, but don't worry. Time is coming

Control is based on the fact that the person performing the delivery will be aware of everything in the whole system. Data on the work will be recorded in the history.
