I think only the good coins will survive..

It is true, only coins with realistic objective with has sense and potencial can achieve anything. Altcoins are very good thing in crypto and can change everything.

altcoin will still exist in the future and many new altcoins will launch. actually, this is our opportunity because we can gain more profit from the altcoin and we can use altcoin for our investment too. but we need to remember that every altcoin will need bitcoin to adjust their price and we need to know that if bitcoin is getting down, altcoin will follow too so we need to prepare if this is happening. we can do many things to prevent the bad situations that might happen in the future so we can know what will we need to do to prevent a big loss.

At the same time new altcoins are also coming. Better go to coinmarketcap and select the top ten coins from the list and check the growth of that coins. On one hand, I think that the future of altcoins in the short term will be pegged to Bitcoin's. If the latter booms like it did in December last year, most of the altcoins will boom too in some degree.

In the long term, I think there will be some kind of natural selection and the worst tokens will end being worthless, after some price spikes. Privacy coins like Monero, DeepOnion etc. will always have a public imo, and solid high market cap projects that add real value like Sia and Icon can end mooning really hard like ETH did last year.

There are so many great altcoins now in the market and some of them is showing great performance and movement in the market so my prediction for the altcoin is they will be more great for the next few years.

It depend on which coin you choose. There are so much coin in market right now, and not many of them is scam.  Some have good dev team, and they work so hard for a long-term development.

The fact is that for a fraudster every ico company is a tasty morsel. Today they are becoming more and more sophisticated in their ideas and therefore really a lot of ico companies are scammers.

yes finally only altcoin that have a good potential and good developer will survive for a long time. its better if we buy top 10 coins on the market cap to minimize losing money. we should becareful in choosing coin especially if we want to invest in big amount.

The problem is that the altcoins falls and maybe never start to grow, although all this is expected, many think "my alt fell by 90%, it's okay to grow in price," but many must have already woken up and realized that most of the alts will never grow and soon may be worth 0.

I'm not 100% sure many altcoins will survive in the future but only a few of them. They need to have a huge community support behind them and continuously innovate to develop their own platform to survive in a long term.
