In my country there's no mall or even supermarkert accept bitcoin . But I hope in the future malls here will accept bitcoin so easily to bring and transact and this is helpful to all people use bitcoin because if many malls accept bitcoin they have possibility the price increase because many people for sure will use it because mall encourage to use bitcoin as payment.

Where i do live there isnt people that talks about bitcoin, atleast i dont know anyone, and the city where im living has around 40000 people living. But i know there are a few merchants already accepting bitcoin as payment, but the most of them are far away from where i do live, but those merchants are taking the first steps, soo later others will search and offer the same option.

Accepting bitcoins fro groceries when checking out is not really an advisable method at this moment. The the transaction fee alone is already a huge rip off on top of that the long wait time for the confirmation. Just a no if I. Am a grocery owner.

I help small and medium business owners increase brand awareness by creating engaging content, customer support, managing email marketing, and implementing automation.

I never found a supermarket that accepted bitcoin as a means of payment in my country. Whether in another country already exists, and whether they have implemented such a thing, i think if all countries apply bitcoin as a means of payment anywhere, it will make it easier for users. Maybe because the government in my country has not legalized the use of bitcoin, then no malls or supermarkets have received payment using bitcoin, except when i shop online.

I dont think a big industry or a size of super market is accepted crypto in mass adoption yet. I hope we will see something like this soon and will be using it for real purposes.
None of them does. Earlier this month, I was coming across some posts that were claiming Amazon declared they will start accepting Bitcoin mid October, and they were saying all this without proofs. I never believed them, cause I never saw any proof of that.

Now we are approaching the end of October and there is no sign of Amazon will accept Bitcoin. Well, I’m not even interested in that….

The only supermarket I know that's leading is Walt Mart but I don't have any news if they are going to adopt and accept bitcoin. It's going to happen and we'll see it that many supermarkets are going to accept bitcoin. Today they might not consider it as the population of bitcoin is still not that considerable for their business but once we've exploded up to 20%-50% of total world's population for sure there will be a consideration for those big leading supermarket or retailing companies.

Still since people will be paying in a physical shop more problems will probably rise e.g. fees and confirmation time, sufficient knowledge on staffs as bitcoin should be at least equally convenient as traditional payment systems so an increase of users may not be enough furthermore most governements are not in good terms with bitcoin but we'll see on the coming years as there will be changes although lets just hope it'll be good.
The confirmation time is a big concern for all the people and also to the supermarket companies that wants to try out bitcoin for their payment. The problem lies down to the network, they have to consider and see it first that there will be no troubles to face when they started to adopt bitcoin. But just like the way we transact, when we send bitcoins already to someone we have to wait for its confirmation and when it's recorded on the blockchain that's already good written there then that can be considered.

You're honestly better off using your credit card or cash if you're going to a supermarket, honestly. While Bitcoin could be used for point of sale transactions, it's far from optimized. It's much better for online transactions.

Yes, but we don't have many online shopping malls in online in that many shopping malls are not sending the products accurately. People always need to spend their money in direct shopping malls only by spending through credit and debit card.

I wonder how the SM shopping malls will implement these. They have the sm advantage card and ATMs and I think if BTC will be used in the stores its an agreement of multi companies because shopping malls have a lot of stores and companies that are renting at their space. Unless the location of the mall (for example Japan) have a good reputation on BTC and accepting it as a legal payment, then we are all well but in some other countries, there would be a long haul before this kind of things will be accepted.
Right now, I agree with you that we must observe this and use this for online transactions.

In my opinion maybe it was still early for bitcoins to be use in malls in the Philippines. Though we can say that bitcoins and the users are growing the country still we need investors, business tycoons(like of SM owner), franchise and those people involve to agree in this kind of method of paying or purchasing. Moreover,  I think we need to gain more users that supports bitcoins for a better chance of having this kind of thing to be passed.

BIG WINNER!

The only store I know that accepts btc is Steam. Well, I think right now Amazon still has not accepted btc yet. It is not really possible for other malls and market to accept btc. The most valuable application of btc is international trading I guess
It is appreciable that supermarkets are now accepting bitcoins as their payments because it is a facility for the people who buy their needs of daily life in the supermarkets and they have bitcoins to pay with. I am very much confident that in her near future all the supermarkets in the world will start accepting bitcoin as their payments and it I also benefit to the markets owners as it is also a business.

I'm not aware of any whether they are inside or outside my country. Usually, you found ATMs inside malls and Supermarkets but not shops directly accepting bitcoin. You will have better luck searching online, there are some retailers like Overstock that accept BTC.
It is a good advice. If you really want to seek a market or a specific business that is open on accepting bitcoin in terms of transaction, the nest possible way to know it is to search through internet. It is a good thing to inform people for the possible ways they could used their bitcoin specifically on transactions.

As of now we don't have any supermarket that accepting bitcoin as payment. And if ever there is, I think that would be not good at the moment though it will be sounds good to hear for the bitcoin users but the problem I think which we can encounter to this things is the delayed confirmation in the blockchain.

That is one bad aspect of bitcoin now a days. First, it doesn’t available at most of the shopping malls and when some shop owner adjust this system in shop, the fee issues are just come in the way. Better for the developing and caretakers for bitcoin to see into this matter and try something different for this issue. We are so happy to see bitcoin transactions coming in groceries stores.

Supermarket that accepts bitcoin is a good idea but as of now we don't have any of this, well maybe sooner and that's not really far to happen. Having these is like a relief to us like whenever we run out of money we can have a back up in our pocket. Just hoping that soon that the slow confirmation will be resolve.

So far not yet, but if ever will happen I think in the beginning for sure it will be hard due to the confirmation before it receive it takes a minute and sometimes and hour. But that would be fine if the internet in that place has a strong connection.

None until now. I know that those mall or supermarket owners have heard bitcoin somewhere but they don't understand it very much or skeptic about it. I'm getting worried now if that is still possible here in us because all of the news where bitcoin is mentioned is often connected to illegal crimes.

I must say that one should take care of his bitcoins in the best possible way. There is no point of paying your utility bills or shopping by giving away your bitcoins. As far as supermarket accepting bitcoin is concerned, there is no such kind of supermarket at present which have started accepting bitcoin. There are online shopping stores which are providing this facility to their customers.

i have been hearing that big supermarket in my country accept bitcoin as the payment and i was thought that's true but very unfortunate through their official statement said this is not true and they even never considering bitcoin as their next payment method and currently only online shop available accepting bitcoin as the payment but besides that i didn't see any physical stores

Well there are many things to consider if a physical shop will accept it and honestly in a merchants point of view i don't think its a good idea to accept bitcoin at the moment although when it comes to online shops there'll only be minimal problems.
Yes I also heard that many countries have started bitcoin in their local markets as their local currency, like Japan, India, South Africa, Vietnam etc. this is a positive step towards the success of bitcoin and prevailing bitcoin all over the world. I think that if most of the people involved in bitcoin the price of bitcoin will also increase and the investors will make a huge profit through bitcoin in the near future.
