Supermarket Accept Bitcoin

As I know there are no supermarket that accept Bitcoin for payment. Bitcoin is not legalized worldwide because of some reasons so it's not easy to find out a offline shop, store or restaurant that accept Bitcoin for payment but I think with it's possible if you want to buy anything online cause there are a lot of online market that you can use your Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to buy anything you want as long as Bitcoin is not banned in your country )

Using bitcoin is not illegal worldwide except for few countries (less than four countries have banned bitcoin). So legalization is  not the issue here. The main problem is that not many people are willing to go through technological stuffs. They rather wish to stay and run their business in simple traditional way. But spread the words and let them know how much beneficial bitcoin is and they might give a second thought.

Is there any Supermarket or Malls Accept Bitcoin near you ?

Unfortunately no, but some shops are accepting bitcoin although it is only online and they use bitpay so this is not really straight buying with bitcoins.
I hope in future bitcoin would be accepted everywhere like it is now in Japan.

I have checked stores around me... No one of them doesn't accept bitcoins, peole still can't belive that it is a real currency, and it costs real money...
It's very sad but a way, they all reminded me dinosaurs(((

In my country i never been heard that there are supermarket accept bitcoin. As far as i know only, the payment center are only accepting bitcoin like, water bills and electricity, and online shopping. I think others country only accepting bitcoin on their supermarkets. As i concern its sad to know that in my country they wont accept bitcoin to supermarkets. I believe soon that i heard the good news in my country that supermarkets accept bitcoin like what did other countries accept bitcoin as payments in supermarket.

Supermarket in my country still acceted only credit cards not Bitcoin. I think supermarket only accepted Bitcoin when that local country accepted Bitcoin too. They will give a way on the method payment for Bitcoin as that country.

In my country I haven't heard of supermarket or any establishment accepting bitcoin. But I hope it will happen in the near future, I hope that bitcoin will be widely and positively accepted so it can be use just like how we use fiat.

Actually here not accepting the bitcoins,but some online sites,betting sites accepting the bitcoins.but in future days i wish to bitcoin to bitcoin is works like cash.

In our country it's not yet supported to pay with bitcoins in supermarket but the idea is great. If bitcoin will be accepted in supermarket it's another way of paying your groceries in a convenient way. When you don't have enough cash or you forgot your debit and credit cards and you only your bitcoin wallet then it's a plus because you don't need to skip your groceries.

Yeah it is the great idea to pay in the super market as the bitcoin payment it is now being pay for the things and a lot of the markets are accepting the bitcoin and they are having the payment through the online and the offline payment, now a lot for the bitcoin wallets are available and it is very easy to pay for the bitcoin as fast as possible because now all the markets are having the payments.

In my country non of the supermarket accepting Bitcoin directly. As you have to keep in your mind that the bitcoin rate is day to day differs as it increasing every day touching the new heights so due to that reason may be not accepting bitcoin it is my opinion and observation only.

Hahaha, when I see the word dinosaurs I laugh too much lol. Anyway, its okay for now atleast you know its true currency and its important specially in the future. I predict before they believe in bitcoin, you earn so much bitcoin. The early bird gets the worm like they said.

If bitcoin will accept all supermarkets, then it will definitely become very popular. Unfortunately in my country bitcoin is still little known. But I hope that soon everything will change for the better.

as of now it is inconvenient to pay bitcoin on supermarket paying cashless transactions like visa or any debit card, becuase the main problem with the bitcoin today is the transaction speed cappacity where it can only hanlde at max of 10 transactions per seconds worldwide not on per location, so if you are queueing on the suprmarket counter it will cause a delay of transcation and may congest the queueing counter, unless if you shop online supermarket then it is still possible but need third party payment system.

Though the govt has announced that bitcoin is legal to use in my region,  bitcoin is yet to be accepted by shops or malls. We have only exchangers. For all purpose, bitcoin should be exchanged into fiat and used. Hopefully waiting for the time to see bitcoin is accepted in shops,  malls and etc.

Here in Belgium not many people have heard about BTC let alone be accepted as payment by a supermarket.
I talk about BTC at work, but nobody really knows it... they read about in the newspaper but have no further interest. I try to explain (as good as I can) what Bitcoin is about and how it shows potential to disrupt the banking system...
 

Same as my country, about 98% of the people in my country don’t know what Bitcoin is all about. Among the 2% that knows what it is, not all of them makes use of it, because some are not interested. My country people believes in finding a job or business and not relying on Bitcoin and similar stuffs lol. They’re always busy with their daily business and never mind.

Some of my friends even see that I make money from Bitcoin, and when they see me withdraw they feel like joining but within few minutes they will lose interest again.

As far as I know there's no stores in the malls or in the supermarkets accepting Bitcoin as pay for their purchase. But you can pay your bills and send money on remmitances to your love ones using your bitcoin. You can also buy load for your mobile using it.

I think only supermakets in Japan accept Bitcoin as an official payment . Cause their goverment accepted Bitcoin. The first country and this thing will create a path for other countries to do it. Japan is one of the best economics country in the world. Unfortunately , it's not happened in my country at this moment.

Yup, it is not a thing that cannot be contested. For now this is the main axis of the bitcoin growth, if we see from all the things. The thing that causes the bitcoin very high increase is due to the positive feedback from the Japanese (Government), but one thing we did have to believe is all of these things will definitely accept bitcoin as payment. It's just that we have to keep fighting and introduced it.

as far as i know nothing, i don't heard about it and if so i think bitcoin need to be the most popular here in your country. When your in philippines, 1 out of 10 people, only about 3 people know about bitcoin and the rest don't know and not heard about it. if so, theres need to introduce to many people and give them proper knowledge about this coin. tho our government is exposed about it, many people don't seek answer of there own.

You're honestly better off using your credit card or cash if you're going to a supermarket, honestly. While Bitcoin could be used for point of sale transactions, it's far from optimized. It's much better for online transactions.

Yes, you are correct to some extend as bitcoin transaction also takes some time and the owner has to trust us for confirmations of the transaction. If the transactions bounces back, the store manager will surely have some loss so it is better to use bitcoins for online transaction rather then using them in a supermarket.

Its so far to optimized and implemented the transaction of bitcoin, as of this days. They need to study some point of views in any situation that may occur. Here in my country it didn't yet implemented the bitcoin transactions. Maybe, it will be implemented if the government will support and will study deeper about this bitcoin.

Our government has said recently that bitcoin is legal. So I am sure, very soon all malls, supermarkets, travels, hotels and etc will start accepting bitcoin payments. Waiting to such moments.
