No supermarket accept bitcoin in my country
The same in my country either, I don't have an accurate insider if there's already an existing supermarket that is accepting bitcoin for payments.

In China, there is a digital payment method through Alipay and that's a good inspiration that in the future its possible that we will see supermarket accepting bitcoins.

more over our Government or central bank does not support bitcoin.
Its because it will put them out of business.

Well this is difficult, I haven't heard of any supermaket that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment....  Well I hope this can be possible though

Having super markets that accepts bitcoin is not that difficult if your country has regulated bitcoin. If your country regulating it and making it legal and it is possible that the super market in your place will accept also bitcoin. And this is already happening in other country.

Maybe in Canada and USA there might be super markets that have started accepting bitcoin, because among the world countries they were technically grown and people are much aware about it. Recently Amazon too launched the highly technology acquainted virtual store where the user is supposed to enter reading a qr code and while leaving automatically the billing for the products purchased will be send to the mobile and can make the payment upon our convenience. No need to wait and in this manner soon bitcoin too will get used.
I also heard about that In Canada and USA there is some supermarket those are accepting Bitcoin for the payment purchase. I think Bitcoin is becoming a popular currency so that within a few months Bitcoin will be accepted in many countries. Already Australia and Canada have approved Bitcoin as a legal payment method so we can be hopeful that Bitcoin will get accepted as a legal money for any type of shopping purchase.

None for now and it might not happen in the next 5-10 years. I live on a country where we rely on paper money so much that only a few people uses credit card for payments. Also, majority of the services offered are being paid by money so its almost impossible for bitcoin to be considered as mode of payment. I am hoping that bitcoin will be used as a regular mode of payment here because its more convenient for me.

I can understand your problem because I also live in one of those countries where any other currency than paper currency is considered fraud by the super market owners. Only 30% of the business owners allow the transactions in the credit card and now if we demand from them to start trading in the bitcoin, it will take another decade at least. So I think the governments must jump in so that the trust issues of the people can be addressed.

That’s the problem with many countries because the governments do not allow the people to go cashless as it will be a problem for them, there are many many corrupt governments where rulers are involved in money laundering and looting's, so they will not allow their people for bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, but first world countries may get to see their governments legislating on this in the near future.

I think in other countries that accept Bitcoin as a legitimate source of funds. KFC Canada and Overstock.com are the example and biggest company that accept bitcoin. Most have taken notice of the quick trend.

Only few countries like Japan, Australia, South Africa etc have legalized bitcoin as currency. Those countries are accepting bitcoin as payment method in super market, in my country still we have restriction about using them.

As far as I can recall, I am unaware of any supermarket chains that accept BTC as a payment method. Having been said, there are ways in which you could still use your BTC to pay in said stores.
There are numerous debit cards around that are either linked to Bitcoin wallets or that are able to be loaded using your BTC balance. The balance is then converted at the current exchange rate to a total in FIAT which is then spendable in store. Its not ideal but still better than nothing.

In the Philippines the famous 24 hours store here "7/11" is accepting BTC as a mode of payment, but no supermarkets. Individual merchants and some online stores are accepting BTC but as we can see the supermarkets are cautious enough because they are big companies so they can't just let BTC be a mode of payment without proper rules regarding this per country. But the is disrupting the market, we don't even know if wholesalers and retailers will last because as we can see the blockchain can direct this to manufactures. Remember the emerging project called INS. There will be so much change so I think its better for the supermarkets to consider cryptocurrencies before its too late.

Wow i lived around 3 years in the philippines an left recently and had no clue that 7/11 was accepting bitcoin. But it s also true that i wasnt living in Manila and the few times that i went there didnt pay attention

I think it's possible that in the future most cryptos will be accepted at supermarkets the same way they accept different different credit cards. The main issue noawadays with cryptos is the scarcity of use in everyday life but this may change soon and then the bubble talkers will all disappear

Its not gonna happen, as long as the fee is this high. Buying a cola, and paying double because of fee, is not something most are willing to do in the long run. Daily shopping is a no go for bitcoin as it is now.

I hold Dogecoin (1.200.000 coins) since years... Fee is ridicolously low. Even if it gets to 1 $ (i hope so) now you can transact in 60 seconds spending half a cent in fees. It got to 0.02 cents on january 7 2018 at its peak so far

Many scams are getting linked to bitcoin because it is used in pyramiding schemes and that's the latest I've heard in my country regarding with crypto so right now there's nothing like that and just full of negativities surrounding  in it.
