Bittrex verification

Hi guys,

I have problem, I did basic verification but it write this "NO PUBLIC RECORD MATCH" and have to do enhanced verification.

But why? I dont need 100+ btc limit....

I 2 days ago did basic verificati. Everything is fine. May be some failure occurred. Create an account in the support position (do not enter the password of your account on the exchange!!!) and ask them this question. .

Could be reason of security (maybe you or someone else tried to login with wrong password) or they follow regulations of your country. Third reason could be, that you deposited coins from a source, involved in activities, that are disliked or in kind of scam/crime....
Or they simply changed regulations to new members. I didn't have to provide any ID yet.

I think for countries outside of the US they can't automatically check your data.

I had something similar with poloniex which caused me to submit additional information regarding place of living.

i got that problem too, but after i do phone verification it give me 3 BTC limit perday and it is already enough. but some of my friends can't even use phone verification and they use enchanced verification. maybe that is from system, actually it is good if you have big limit in your account. you will need it someday

I am from the country the can't check records automatically so had to do phone verification. It was very fast and vent without problems.

I wrote on support and nothing, they didnt replied. I read also about few peeps with same problem... yes Im not from US but from Europe so dont know what they want. I cant also phone verifi.

bittrex verification only input name and youre addres, if result say no public record match you only input telphone number/smartphone youre number
and then youre account can verified level 1
if you want incraese withdraw limit you can verfied level 2 must document sending

I have a bad feeling the answer is yes.  I just got a screen when I logged on requesting information.  Some warning would have been nice that this was going to be required.  Glad I don't have a lot there that they can hold hostage if the basic verification does not go well.  Hopefully I'm wrong or maybe they will have not gotten to your account yet.  Good Luck.

They will not answer support tickets faster than 2-3 days. Try to look for other alternative options and be ready to renew your documents.Their system is complicated unfortunately.

I got that screen too when I logged in. But when I clicked "summary" on the top left, it said I had a legacy account.

Am debating whether to remove my coins from there "just in case". It's weird how much detail they're trying to get out of people - none of it required under either American or European KYC rules. Makes you wonder if they're data-mining and will sell all the info on the dark web after doing a flit.

Have you turned on the 2fa of your Bittrex account? You can still withdraw with 3 btc as maximum amount to withdraw if you filled up the information needed and then use the 2fa without having you to go through the process of sending them an ID or something to withdraw 100 btc for the enhanced verification.

Try other way of verifying. Such as emails or cellphone numbers
Its part of the sucurity of Bittrex i think, just dont stick to the basic just try other way.

I guess it’s my turn for problems. No records match error then submitted selfie and drivers license as required. Says the was an error and it said reload page and to resubmit documents. After logging out entirely, the error is still there and never lets me resubmit pics like I originally did. So annoying. I use to be legendary! Now I have a 0.02 btc withdrawal limit.

I verified Enhance, but I can't verify Basic. What's happend if I don't verify Basic level ? I think my information in public record is not available now, because I'm from Vietnam.. Humm, Can I transfer BTC to Bittrex wallet and using normal ?

Hmmm. I have long left bittrex because verification is very difficult, better looking for other exchanger, there are still many good exchanger
