Its unfortunate but its true that there is no more quality BTC . No one believes in the project, infact few people even research on bitcoin, its reputation has grown so large and has attracted people who only get into BTC to earn profits and thats all, no one wants to know more than the advantages it has. The crop of people we currently have on board are pure investors who are only interested in the profits  and nothing more,, all that i important to them is what they get out o BTC and not the project itself

Maybe I'm wrong but I have the feeling that with Bitcoin price growth we have got a lot of new users who are not honesty and passionate interested in Bitcoin but only in fast, instant profit and if they don't get it they got disappointed and give up. Some of them don't even bother to get some basic knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. That is also the reason why we see so much panic selling when the price dumps. Is that only my feeling or do you think that also?
Agree on all 100%. But this is not surprising. Because inexperienced users are an integral part of the existence of any market. On such people earn and the market breathes.

There are a lot of people who are using bitcoins only to make a living out of it, and this is more than true to be honest. Most of those guys do not even know how it works, why the price grows, or for what kind of purposes it is useful.

Because more and more people know that using bitcoin can benefit so many people just want to generate income from bitcoin and that is where many people who are not qualified who want to use bitcoin just a profit. It is now very little people who qualified using bitcoin because it is filled with people who want to get the benefits of bitcoin alone.

Indeed it is the fact that no bitcoin users are qualified because bitcoin is known as a money-making machine by people nowadays and bitcoin users have become none of its quality is only concerned with profit and that is one reason why bitcoin users are rarely quality.

well I guess there's still quality one, there are some who never made it obvious or quiet about it but I believe there are bitcoin user out there who are really qualified and knowledgeable enough when comes to this area, they're expert and some are still learning from it.. we cannot expect them to learn it all...knowing all about block chain and cryptocurrency takes time we just have to be patient and believe.

hmm, new users are good. it brings the value of coins to the higher place.
but dont expect something from them. they can dump the coins later if they not achieved their profit.
but it still good, at least they know that bitcoin exist, and tell the other investors.

We absolutely share the same thoughts on this. But this is not something new. This has been the case ever since Bitcoin started to grow very fast from a few cents to a few dollars. This is the primary reason why some financial and currency experts around the world are saying that Bitcoin hardly meets the status of being a currency. But how can we avoid people who are purely Bitcoin investors when the price is predicted to even grow higher?

I shared some of my basic knowledge that I think he should know. I also provided him some links to where he should start reading to learn more about cryptocurrency. But he ain't got enough time, He just bought some mBTC and said he'll just observe its price.

I do not think that bitcoin use require any such qualification, we have learn how to use bitcoin in few days, we do not require any proper knowledge about it, i think that it is too much easy to use bitcoin. Bitcoin is in fact becoming the main currency, and hope that very soon we will be using bitcoin for everything we want.

I agree there many users like me but we cannot deny the fact that bitcoin for the other is business as long as they get a profit they did not think that bitcoin can be more valuable for a long term investment and most of the users now did not know the cycle in this crypto world so the result they fear to lose their investment.

This is indeed so. I would even say that a very significant proportion of people who started buying bitcoin from the second half of last year did it only with a speculative goal - to get superprofits from raising its price. They were not interested in the advantages of crypto currency and bitcoin itself. First of all, they needed profit. It is because of this that bitcoin so rapidly began to rise in price and began to manifest itself as a financial bubble. After bitcoin began to fall rapidly in price after December, many of them in a panic sold their bitcoins and suffered significant losses. After that many of them for good or for long time left the world of crypto currency. This has happened before and will continue to occur.

That is exactly true sir, but it is also a good thing for us, we know that not all people will get profit on bitcoin some will loose some will earn and the most earners are traders who is studying every ups and downs, every positive or negative news that is happening on bitcoin. those panic seller's just what yous said are all newbies who want's easy profit and putting their emotions to their investment and the result is profit for traders who are passionate and interested in Bitcoin. in my opinion we can't remove it totally but it has been filtered look at what happened on this huge dips last january 2018, we know that when the news spread that bitcoin increases and increases it's value a lot of new user's invested to it without studying bitcoin and after a lot of selling happening they do panic selling (let us be reminded that those new user's are also the cause of increase of bitcoins value). because of that huge dips the users of bitcoin are now FILTERED because a lot of new users loose their investment.

I fully agree with you that we will get new users of this cryptocurrency. And it is better to invest earlier because soon there will be a lot of competitors in this area and it will be difficult to fight.

the reality that bitcoin encounters is that the number of adopters is mostly not as bitcoin users but bitcoin investors who only expect big profits by keeping them in the long run. This will backfire for this technology someday if the price has been considered too high, FUD is scattered and eventually, there will be massive sell by investors.

Everybody starts off new and I'll dare to say that the majority of newcomers are primarily interested in dollar signs. If they stick around for long enough then it's quite possible they'll realise that what they're involved in is rather more meaningful than that and become a believer.

If they sell for less than they paid, which is very likely, then their coinage may well end up in the pocket of someone who has more of an idea about things.

But other than that if you went on the standard of discourse here compared to the old days then you would start to despair at the parade of infinite dimness on display.

Except the OP doesn't believe that Bitcoin is money, then the thread title will be okay. Otherwise, substitute money for Bitcoin (we believe it is a currency) and you would note that we are merely going in circles here as in: "Do you think we don't get quality Bitcoin money users anymore?" It doesn't make sense, I should think. There isn't any quality user when it comes to money. And what is money when it doesn't have any value. So, what is Bitcoin if the people can't profit from its use either. Anyone who says they aren't keeping Bitcoin for the profit isn't telling themselves the truth.
