Might be stupid questions... But here we go , how big is the risk for a 51%attack on btg?  And if there is no financial incentive to run a full node why do people join pools ? Oh and when will btg absorb bch and litecoin's markets

This main ann for Bitcoin Gold really needs an update. I got some old forked coins I wanted to sell today and basically kept getting lost because none of the links work in the first post.

My understanding was Bitcoin Gold was GPU mining ONLY.

Only a ASIC attack vector from ZEC camp miners can explain a 51% at this economic level.

Yes, it uses zhash but the problem is if this entity is anonymous who can get 51% hashrate just in short time.

There is practically no updates on this thread, and for that matter there is no posting activity on this thread. By looking at coinmarketcap everyone can see that the price of Bitcoin Gold is going nowhere, in fact is has been slipping for a long time, so that does not bold well at all for the future of Bitcoin Gold.
