The other day I withdrew 0.02 and I got them within 30 minutes, this time it's been 12 hours.

If you haven't got 2fa that is most likely causing the delay. You might be lucky and just have an email confirmation or it might have been flagged for manual approval.

Processing is far better than "Pending approval."

You could try raising a support ticket or contacting them at r/BitcoinMarkets but it will probably be confirmed by the time you get a response.

Yesterday I made 2 withdrawals - 2.565 BTC and 3.02715 BTC, that are still not executed. How many time it is necessary to wait?
Withdrawal 3.02715 BTC. Status operation - Completed, but there is not in blockchain.
Transactions of today are not withdrawal.

Bitfinex has hired the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson and is threatening legal action against a pseudonymous blogger who it says have made false claims about the bitcoin exchange.

In a statement, Bitfinex said it hired Steptoe to respond to such claims with "appropriate action," including "possible litigation" against "various parties." Jason Weinstein, who leads the blockchain practice at Steptoe, confirmed its hiring by Bitfinex in an email.

Stuart Hoegner, the in-house counsel for Bitfinex, said in the statement:

The funding engine continues to have errors. Notably when you issue an auto renew, it doesn't always execute.  You can have money sitting around for a day (or who knows how long - as I manually re-issue the offers to fix it).  The funding engine has never worked perfectly since April 2011.  I file about three support tickets per year regarding ongoing funding engine issues.

I haven't examined funding interest, but it is interesting that two parts of the engine appear to be buggy.

why do you continue to use this shitty exchange?

I suppose because of somewhat advanced tools (margin, leverage, lending etc) you don't find everywhere and because of liquidity.

All the exchanges are sh*tty to a certain extent. I have found Bitfinex to be a bit less sh*tty than most of the others. Hopefully, this is something that will get better as crypto goes more mainstream in the future.

Who owns Bitfinex?  I'm just wondering, cause you know when tether comes crashing down and the cockroaches are running for the door where does the buck stop?
