My latter withdrawal with a total of ~50BTC runs well actually. I guess not many of us have this problem, but missing is still missing. It is already office hour in UTC, at least bitfinex should acknowledge my problem by saying they are currently investigating the problem ?

I won't risk my money for not enabling 2 factor authentication .

"do not FUD...just give us the the blockchain link with your address.. lets see whoes telling the truth and who doesn't"

What is OTP? And why do you think I am not telling the truth about an 11 BTC withdrawal that has not arrived?

One Time Passcode (a.k.a. Two factor authentication)...

Updated:

Finally, Bitfinex has replyed my email. And they have just reprocess the 10BTC withdrawal as shown as the blockchain below. Thanks a lot.

https://blockchain.info/address/12RgWErZ9ERXP5XeBQiNZGshAZuX1sCWey

Better for Bitfinex to investigate the root cause and prevent it in the future ...

The transaction is not propagated through the bitcoin network...

Maybe there is not enough transaction fee and the number of input and outputs are too large for that particular transaction.

Seems that Bitfinex need to manually verify that transaction whether it was not being accepted in the blockchain and then do a resent manually.

I don't think you realize how similar that sounds to the issues Gox was claiming...

《Bitcoiners Demand Greater Transparency in Exchanges》
http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/2014/02/22/proof-liquidity-exchanges-operators/

Are our funds safe in Bitfinex??

It would be great if Bitifinex could add its name to this joint statement...

http://www.circle.com/2014/02/24/joint-statement-regarding-insolvency-mt-gox/

How many times have

Giancarlo
and the
Bitfinex Team

Consistently told all of us,
especially "Giancarlo"
that "BitFinex" or exactly in Giancarlo words:

"We are not out to make a quick buck / Dollar" !

Calm down, I'm sure that everything is fine at BitFinex,

Just feel lucky that you chose the correct Exchange, I know I do !

Giancarlo may be a little rough around the edges / blunt regarding Customer Service,

But I've never got the feeling of dis-honesty from him, if anything more like "Brutally Honest"  Grin,

I'll be the first to say that I prefer someone to be Brutally Honest with me when it comes to my money,

I'll take that over shady any day of the week.

Happy Trading !

P.S.: Realize that BitFinex is now in the #3 position, the third largest Exchange if not the second.
That involves a lot of preparation for the influx of new customers that will be coming their way,
Without a doubt they are busy preparing for that !

You are looking at this the wrong way.  Having a reputable auditor audit your books is not a chore that should be done because your customers are fearful babies.  It is getting a smart advantage over your competitors.

If Bitfinex had PWC audit their books tomorrow, I guarantee they'd get about 50% of BTCe's business overnight.

Can't say that I agree with that,
remember this is BitCoin,

The last thing that BitCoin needs is Auditors / More Regulation,

and just from a Business Owner's perspective the last thing you want is someone in your books !
