P.S. I wonder how many more people are annoyed by this CambioBTC character?
Most people here I would guess, but I fear mentioning it only feeds the troll....

He is a one man show. I fear he doesn't need any fuel to keep the fire burning

That is what your Sister said,
"That I never run out of fuel", lol

Finally CSV data exports are available for the historic data!  Kiss
Thanks a lot to whoever implemented it!
+1, really handy.

Appears your mind is still out in "Space" somewhere,
who I am is the "Trader" that puts food on you "Greedy" Lenders "Dinner Table",
Give that some thought next time you choose to become a "Troll", lol

Sure,

Like the great Customer Service,
Obviously you are "New".

The platform is the best currently
available, if that is what you are talking about.

Stops not executing,
that is something new,
I've never had that problem,
and would not want to.

Are you sure you are placing
your stops correctly ?

Not to talk down on you,
but if buying then a sell stop is chosen from the the sell side.
if selling then a buy stop is chosen from the buy side.

http://s7.directupload.net/images/140331/temp/8vfnb3yt.png here you see a sacreenshot from last friday..even its a crap resolution you can see following: time upper left CET. Stop 507, 3 hours old..look at bitcoin wisdom and you'll see that in these 3 hours the price moved over the stop...490 to 510 22:39-22:42 CET...price was not long above 507.. that's why i thought that the stop doesn't trigger a MKT order....am i wrong?

ok..here's what i got from the support...

Stop orders are executed based on ticker price value. Sometimes, for big
orders, the execution price moves much higher or lower than the ticker
price, because by the time the order is executed new asks or bids are
posted.

In the case of this quick spike to 510 (assuming we are talking about
the same one), that is what happened.

I guess that could happen
the way support explained it,
basically a gap, like when
the market closes and open
back up on the nyse / nasdaq
after after-hours trading.

but they also referred to big
orders, was you order a big order ?

Scary though,
thanks for the heads up.

Good Luck,
with it.

P.S.: You can also try using Qt-Trader Rules to exercise your stops from client-side
i always thought having one's stop server-side at BitFinex was safer than client-side,
       apparently not.

No.. my order was 30 BTC as you can see in the picture..They are refering as a big order coz another order hits the MKT, make the execution price rise above 510 but meanwhile new order arrived so that the minimum ask never were above 507..

I don't wanna client side stops....if your ISP has a problem..hmm...if connection is slow....

No, it's not due to that.
It's just that in this moment every chinese and his brother is trying to arb between local (CNY) and international (USD) platform.
We have a daily quota of usd that we can send out and there might be a couple of days of delay in moments like this.

We apologize for the inconvenient but it's not due to us, it's the daily withdrawal limit with HK banks (10 mio HK$).

Thank you for your comprehension and have a good day

I think it is fair to say we have to find a solution to work around this.  10 million HK$ = 1.2 US$, it would take weeks if everyone were to withdraw.

Although I don't agree with all the recent changes, I've to say BFX team in general is on the ball and run a decent service along with good vision (choosing HK, avoiding Mt GOX, making people whole on flash crash on Apr 2013, etc.)  Have been a happy 1 year with BFX.
