Why is everyone worrying about whether they reach the $10M mark? Do you think it will change things drastically if they do or don't? I would think the amount of funds raised is still plenty to reach their goals.
Interested to hear everyone's thoughts why the $10M is such a determining factor.
It is just a psychological number i guess. People just want to see reaching 10m nothing more. Yeah, it is very successful and they still have another round pending for 2019. When a project hit certain amounts of money which is considered as success, then it will give more confidence to the investors. And this could bring more people to join in! I guess its hard to hit crazy amounts of investment money nowadays, so maybe better to keep expectations low To be honest I don't know how much money is needed to develop a project like this but $10M sound like a big figure to me. |

I don’t think it’s so important for people to reach 10 millions cap, and even if mark.Space doesn't reach it, they already have raised a very nice amount. Its suffisant to build something very nice I think.

Many continue to grow even if they have reached their budget or even if their goal has been reached. |

I think that this event can visit Vitalik - in Russia, such events don't happen so often. Great news about the Bitcoin Russia 2018 forum. I hope there will be a video of it as well, but it's probably in Russian haha. Maybe the co-founder can do an AMA.

The biggest amount of funds aren't even spend on creating their thing but going to be spend on marketing. At 10 million that's 3.6 million. I think if they already got those partners maybe they can piggyback on any promotion those partners do to get visitors into their MarkSpace room. Or is it the other way around?

It should work to each other, if the partner like land rover or jaguar will really provide their virtual car so their customers can take a look on it before buying it, their customers will use markspace to see it. And markspace users can also take a look on the car. |

I've seen plenty of cases in the past for other projects where the participation of the project member in the conference might be very minor/insignificant, but with this one Markspace will definitely get a prominent position. |

Cool feature with the motor sound and awesome Jaguar next to the rover. But still to move with the mouse is not good. Looking forward to jump into Mar.Space word with VR glases. If you ask me the sound of engine starting was probably the best part of the entire demo. This project just keeps getting better and better. |

To be presented to general public is good in any case so every conference or presentation as a great publicity for them. I hope they are planing to join some conferences outside Russia also in the near future. |
