the “problem” is that Phore is focused on delivering their goals, rather than creating unnecessary hype or a rebrand by forking.
Either is not having an effect when 1000 people hype the next pump coin (like PCN) that has not delivered anything yet other than a promise. They still need to work on that.

Meanwhile, Blockchain expo has nominated Phore for an award as Best Cryptocurrency 2018 🤔

So what’s better. The numbers of a poll based on hype on twitter, or being nominated based on professional FA?

Is the Phore network up to handeling large amounts of transactions from a large exchange? I did see coins exploding on Binance due to the high transaction volume and servers that could not handle this

All time high was more than 8$ already before the market crash in January, I'm sure they will reach new highs in the next months, at least in 2019.

It is indeed quite undervalued but a lot of people are seeking for the possibility to run a masternode. That is quite expensive these days which might slow the adoption or interest from investors a little bit

While I certainly want to take market share from them and gain traction overall with both crypto and mainstream audiences, I think the decentralized nature of the marketplace puts us in a different category. Another way to state this is, I do not want to compete head to head with eBay and Amazon.

Masternodes are a great vehicle to make developers rich. There are a few exceptions where the operators have good returns, but usually it's not worth getting one if the coin drops in value anyway.
