Hello guys! I am planning on investing all my savings (12500$) in cryptocurrency, so I would really like to hear your opinion. My current plan is to split it in to 3 :
-50% bitcoin.
-25% ethereum.
-25% litecoin.

I am investing the money at the next dip.
Please post your opinion guys.

Edit: I should mention that this is for a longtherm hold, about 5-10 years

Sorry for my bad english, but I am better reading it than writing it.. :p
it is better to reconsider your decision, if you invest all your money here it is very risky what else in the long run, because down and rising prices will not be stable, and for the long term it can not be predicted to be profitable what could be lost.

Bro, investing all your savings in cryptocurrency is not a good idea,  because it's possible to lose it and you should somehow keep amount of money in case of an emergency.

It is risky to invest in different altcoins, if I were them I would do that 50-20-20, that  is the easy way to earn without any hesitation and doubt since we all know that they were all the top 3 coins and they are worth your money, but if you wanna add, add the dogecoin since it is also a good coin.

I beg to disagree though. Because as for me, I am not the type who invests all my money into one single source of income; in this case, all of them are cryptocurrencies hence they all fall under one genus. Investing all your money in one type of business alone is the riskiest decision you would ever do because that is putting yourself in a make or break situation. You have to at least leave something for yourself just so you can be assured that you will be left with something regardless of the investment strategy you got yourself into. It is never late in a day to say that it is the riskiest of all to put all your eggs in one basket.

I am a good English reader, too. But never a writer. LOL. Since this was posted in October, I am one hundred percent sure that you have already made a good deal of profit. Since October, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum have already made their prices more than triple. Although the values dipped a little, there is still a big gain. I am happy for you, mate.
Bitcoin($6K in october) increased its value 2-2.5X, ether($250 in october) 3X and litecoin($50-$60 in october) 5X.
If OP invested what he said he is going to he has literally tripled his money.
This is good proof that holding is always good idea  Smiley

If you really understand the market movements and have the proper investment, investing all your savings is a very reasonable investment. I hope you will succeed with your goal in the new year 2018. Always calm and study the factors before deciding to invest.

Though you diversified your investments into putting them to different coins, risking all of your savings might be risky. Considering that the prices are low, this may be the opportunity that you are hoping for especially that etherum has shown tremendous results from these past weeks. Now, you nust understand the repercussions of your decision since all of your savings should be the money that you are willing to lose.

I read some articles that people are starting to lose their minds since they invested all of their money for bitcoin and the prices suddenly decreased. You should be ready for any increase/decrease on its price and you should also consider on when you should cash them out.

Investing all your savings can never be a good idea, crypto world has ups and downs.
It’s not better to invest all your money and if you want to invest your all money than I will suggest you not to invest your all money in one project but you need to invest in some different project so that you can recover any loss if you can face and also you need to save some of your money for your daily need.

Investating all saving is very risk. We down know what will come in 5 year laters. But, if you has decide to investing, my be you can invest in BTC more because some news Predicts that Bitcoin will continue to rise in the next few years.I my opinion, Maybe you should rethink to invest that all for the long term because it not predictable. I see cryptocurrency good for short.

You can do that if you have a savings money but you never invest with a one platform because if you invest your all savings in a one platform if those platform scam are show any problem and you can  lose your whole money so you must invest different platform for your future.

You are a beginner and almost all people will suggest you invest a low amount and start with this because in trading there are ups and downs. When it will increase its rate and decrease no one can predict correctly so you have to wait for getting a small idea about it. In my opinion, this idea is just not good for you because if trading downs then you will lose all the money of you and you can not start a new deal because all of your money have gone. And if you getting knowledge of it and invest some of your money and learn how to deal then if you get lost then you can invest again with your another saved money. Day by day your skill will develop which is very important at trading. If you control yourself and keep calm then you can get a great online future.

No, don't do that. Investing all of your savings is very risky. Do not put your money in a single investment specially when you are not yet a professional one. It is important to know the details with what you invest.
