Hello guys! I am planning on investing all my savings (12500$) in cryptocurrency, so I would really like to hear your opinion. My current plan is to split it in to 3 :
-50% bitcoin.
-25% ethereum.
-25% litecoin.

I am investing the money at the next dip.
Please post your opinion guys.

Edit: I should mention that this is for a longtherm hold, about 5-10 years

Sorry for my bad english, but I am better reading it than writing it.. :p

your dicission  to put investing all your money in altcoin are great idea's, but seriouly if doing that idea  make sure for yourself you arebready to put in the risk all your money, because have possible to lose it all but if the altcoins you choose growing up their price the success is your's good luck hoping for your success.
Investing is good but putting all your savings in altcoins is a big risky action.
That would lead you to nothing because crypto is still new and there is no guarantee it will succeed.
On the other hand, if crypto succeed you will surely get a high reward because you take high risk and that is the norms, we take high, we get high reward.

Investing all your funds in bitcoin might sound nice and indeed will be very beneficial in the long run.  But I will advice against it.  You may become fearful and panic in the short term there by losing when you panic sell.  It is better to invest regularly in bitcoin, that way you will be consistent and you ability to hold will be strong also.

All 3 are minable. I would go for POS coins also. Ripple or stellar seem hot to me

It's a good idea. You should consider to keep at least 20% in fian currency, just in case it dips more than expected. In the following years those investment should increase. Why? Because more people will get involved into blockchain.

If you want to invest for the long-term then you could buy a more coin along with Bitcoin and Ethereum. I think Bitcoin and Ethereum will dominate in the cryptomarket but you have to choose some other currencies along with these two coins. but lite coin investment may be a wrong decision for you because already the owner of Litecoin has sold entire stock so this platform will face some serious fall down or rise up. That's why you should include some other coin in this list.

Its good to invest. But to invest all your savings is quite risky. I think we still need to have a regular savings or I may call it as an emergency fund. Investments is risky and unpredictable. Its good to set aside something also so that in times of need you woudn't need to abruptly get your investments.

If you then invested, then I hope that you managed to take the profit in time. Because now is definitely not the best time to invest.

It is wise to invest in different coins but I suggest that you split it into 4. The forth one would be a non crypto currency investment or an investment to  build a small business that transacts with the current money in your country. Also, if your are going to do trading you read a lot of books because in my experience I also said that I was going to invest for a long term but I cannot help to trade daily and as a result I lost 50% of my investment.

Investing all your savings in one crytocurrency is not wise. Consider other crytocurrency also, by studying them to know their strengths before investing. its also wise to consider other possible tangible options.
investing in Crytos requires a great deal of studies in other to understand their peculiarities.

You should not invest all your saving. Maximum 70% your saving is my advice. After that, BCH, BTC and ETH are my choices for you.

If I did a kind of investing like this, it will be a big problem for me in the future. So I will surely take the measures first before investing.

For me, its a really good idea. It’s better to invest in crypto currencies than to deposit into bank accounts. I know it’s risky but you really need to be smart and buy in a right time. Holding in 5-10 years, maybe your savings will be much more and profitable than you expect.

I had one different plan set for your investment .It will help you to free from loss.
Bitcoin -40%
Ethereum-30%
Litecoin-30%

The investment in Ethereum and Litecoin is only for the long term profit. The investment in bitcoin can be used for short term profit.

Never ever invest all your money and earn passive income with it, you don't know what accident might happen in the future and you don't know if there is a disaster coming, just a real talk, investing all your savings has never been a good idea even if you ask many financial advisers and professionals.

Many new investors can not understand that saving money and investing money is totally different things. They have different motives, and play different roles in your financial strategy and your balance sheet. Before building wealth and before you begin your journey before independence, be sure to believe this basic concept, because it can protect you from much pain and stress.
I have witnessed for the first time and have talked with a lot of people, who have lost everything despite having excellent portfolio because they do not appreciate the cash roles in their portfolios. Cash honor honor The cash goal does not always generate a return for you.
Perhaps the best place to start will make the difference between savings and investments clear for you, to explain both the concepts.

Because banks manipulate their thinking, banks kept saying to people to open account for them to invest their money where in they can earn money, without thinking that the money that you will save will put by the bank in a financial institution so that the bank can earn and would just give a bit to the depositor.

Investing is always good. however if you invest them to some thing that you can not exchange to cash easily you shouldnt invest all of your money. for example it is ridiculous to invest in crypto market or real estate with all money.
