A well educated person can teach a class, but a well educated nation can teach the whole world. For me, an well-educared country can be an economic boss of the entire world. Giving all of the citizens of the country a chance to a great education can lead a nation to record breaking economic heights. |

A well educated person can teach a class, but a well educated nation can teach the whole world. For me, an well-educared country can be an economic boss of the entire world. Giving all of the citizens of the country a chance to a great education can lead a nation to record breaking economic heights. I agree with this one. An educated nation can move mountains in multitudes in terms of an economic standpoint. Education will only be the best solution in solving major economic crises and problems. |

Economic problems really depends on other nations' economic problems. It's an interconnection of different problems that leave other countries in turmoil. However, if we are talking about an internal economic problem, if we talk about long term and to prevent even more economic problems, educating the whole nation will solve every economic problem easily.

Yes, there is a direct correlation on how education and training can affect the economy. College degrees earn so much more than people who don't have it. In our modern world, globalization and international trades necessitate a competition between countries and their economies. The education and training of a country's workers are determining factors on how a country's economy will do. A successful economy needs and has a workforce that has the ability to operate industries at a degree that holds a competitive edge against economies of other countries.

Yes, you can't advance if the people in a country aren't literate or not competent if they have the proper education they have the skills to be more productive in their fields. |

Education is a key. But the best solution is to go global and decentralized. Go for completely independent thoughts.
However open minded may we think, we are somewhat affected by the propaganda spread by our community/country.

It's easy to use that as a cop out, and it does make sense if you think about it. Educated people means educated voting, which means better politicans, better policies, and an overall better state of the country. While it does help, there are way too many factors at play here to pinpoint one solution.

I have actually seen less educated leaders of countries fare even better than those governed by the so called well educated leaders, to be become a successful country, what is important is that the leaders know exactly what they are doing and have plans set forth and have a timeline to achieve such plans. |

A well educated nation is the key to successful growth of that nation. Many developed countries today have developed Technologically, Economically,Politically,industrially, Socially...etc as a result of the level of literacy in that nation. The knowledge acquired in relevant area of Studies and Specialization by many citizens of that state or Nation goes ahead to speak volumes of the expectations of such intellects. With graduates in relevant areas of political offices and others areas of life endeavor, nothing short of excellent developmental growth of the nation in both Politics and Economical values is expected. Education is the key to successful nation development.

Depends on what you consider "well educated". Book smarts are useless if you can't assemble the information that you've acquired in meaningful ways.
And both schools as well as universities completely fail at providing the necessary skills for solving unknown problems in creative ways. They also don't teach foresight - which is why we have so many problems today. Everybody only thinks about "now" and not about how to predict and prevent problems in the future.
As long as this stupid shortsighted approach is made possible through corrupt lobbying, the world will be screwed harder and harder.
