I do not think so. I believe it is all about attitude. Even if you do not have any degree in life, as long as you know how to respect other people and do not take advantage their weaknesses then nothing could be the problem. Sometimes, even an educated person can do horrible things.

There Is what they called intellectual  and wisdom...  One can be intelectual meaning you graduated with all possible degrees with, wen you don't have the wisdom to work and walk, but some who is has SUPERNATURAL wisdom will operate and even make more reasonable outcome than person who made a distinction or with any form of degrees. Wen walking in divine wisdom you need no natural protocol to work with whereas all natural bows. Is possible for someone to graduate with distinction and runs into confusion. So being the most education nation doesn't mean they won't run in friction (problem), is very easy to be the most education National and be the poorest nation.

I agree that education is the key for economic problem that we have, if one person is educated, you don't need to instruct him/her to do what is right, and imagine if all of the people in one nation is educated, most likely it will not be ill mannered nation, that will depend only to what majority says, since everyone is educated he/she will think first before agreeing, none of us will be like a puppet. Education would be a great part to solve economic problems, but I think the main key is discipline.
I could say it in this way, people would love to loose weight. They tend to read magazine, different ways to loose weight, surf the net and try to read more and more and more. You can say that they are educated enough of how good diet really works. But usually, only 1 out of 5 people succeeded. Why? Because even if they have knowledge of what to do, 4 of that people don't have discipline. Discipline comes along with motivation. And I think our country needed that the most. There are many talented people here, well educated some, but one problem is they lack discipline. I can even include myself. For me, education will be a great help, but the key is always discipline.

My parents keep telling that to finish his education,ustroilsya good life,the same grandparents,but they live in the past,now to what is achieved in life is higher education in General, not guys really does not,only the time spend for 5 years now with only the knowledge in the Internet,many companies don't even ask for a diploma to show and ask what you do,your knowledge and skills,they nafig your books are not needed,and now the age of the global Internet
