Yes you are right, but indeed FIA has requested State Bank (Government) to give a clear verdict on Crypto Currency business but of course our government is busy on other important sh*ts.

but i am unable to understand how they can detect if any crypto payment happen ... 

let's spose i gives you 1000$ bitcoins and you paid me via Bank i dont think you will mention in memo that Payment for 1000$ BTC you can write anything else or simply send as friend and family.

near me instead of banning crypto (which is not possible) make proper regulation for it and legalize it as USA did aleady so peoples can came more money in Pakistan .

Yeah not easy in that sense, but you know if you get caught they will seize mobile or laptop and forensic test might reveal any wallet or crypto information. I'm sure it sounds complex but they can do if they catch any big fish.

The thing is Crpypto currency it self is not wrong it's use can be wrong for example criminals or terrorists can use it to transfer money since it can't be tracked.

To me regulating the websites (exchanges) which are dealing in crypto is more easy method of regulating it and i see almost most 90% of exchanges where you can do transaction using fiat have very strict KYC. Same scrutiny like a bank does for credit card.

well government cant stop criminals crypto born in 2010 but criminals  when universe started ... so they can't control crime

He the guy got caught because of One coin and media (City 42) channel just added bitcoin with onecoin to make the news look cool and attractive so they can have a good audience on the news.

The only old exchange I know is URDUBIT and if such thing happens it will get banned.

Transactions of Bitcoins cannot be traced unless someone has access to your computer and is monitoring you (it will only happen if someone (Government personnel) has doubt on you).

You should always keep your identity secured do not tell everyone that you live here, your name etc over the internet. Also, keep the track of your work.

Or me to ye kehta hon agar ap work karty ho or Bitcoin me pay lety ho tou apko darny ki kya zaroorat? You don't have to worry about anything then.

I just heard FIA is taking actions again Bitcoin traders.
As per the news on City42. FIA requested State Bank of Pakistan to announce policy on Crytpo Currencies but they replied back that all crypto currency trades are illegal. FIA took action and arrested one person and confisticated his latop and mobile phone too.

Government is busy in having talks on shit issues and they dont know what a Digital currency is actually. They only aware of Swiss accounts and money laundering etc. UrduBit is a registered company and you cannot ban it unless you pass a law like china Did.
