Gas for transactions is not needed, because we use our blockchain.

I am not clear with the answer. I read the whitepaper and of course vlb will have its own blockchain ecosystem.
But now, it's still an Ethereum-based token that need some gas to do transactions.

I think it benefits both since video is easier to make then write a whitepaper and also easier to go trough from users perspective. Others projects should to the same.

It is true, it's commend the VLB team for putting both the videos and WP. We need more venue for investors to understand what is their company and project is all about. Some people are just visual people like me who will choose to watch a video anytime than to read a Whitepaper. But this project looks very promising so I will make an exception for this. I agree with you, a video that explains the key ideas of a project is always nice to have. But I for my part wouldn't invest in a project just because of a nice video. I think everybody who thinks about investing in an ICO should at least read (and understand) the whitepaper. If you are too lazy for that, you should better keep your money.

I don't know how many projects has been around the vehicule industry on crypto but I think that ther's a huge industry that's always evolving a here is a good chance to get funds for companies with good ideas but with difficulty finding partners.
