my wallet shows, time january 1 , 2018, wallet synchronized, . warning last block recieved 363 hours and 19 minutes ago, and balance is 0, what is wrong with my wallet? does anyone knows, what i am doing wrong?

my wallet stop synchronizin at height 60002,  where can be a problem?

i have created few crypknigh wallets before sucesfully, , but with this one i am having problems, i tried to do it again, and i have the same problem, stops synchronizing at block 60002.
can someone tell , how to set up the wallet, because i am just running guiwallet.exe file after downloaing it. is it anything else i need to do before that, or after that, thanks

1) Delete your blockchain folder
\-> Linux user: cd /home/`whoami`/.kmcoin/ && rm -rf *
\-> Windows -> Enter in %appdata% folder, then delete kmcoin folder
2) Start -> kmcoind --seed-node 81.4.103.152:15505

2) Start in CMD c:\KMC\kmcoind
3) Keep runing until 100% synced. If stucked, run again
4) After 100%, Start GUI wallet, with kmcoind in cmd running in background
