Dont drunk alcohol while driving ,there is a main cause of accident  ,so be safety on drive just wear safety gear.

This used to be one of the major causes of accidents in my country. But now another factor has emerged as the number 1 killer. Do you know about it? It is the usage of mobile phones while driving. And the drivers here don't even use bluetooth sets to connect to their phones. They just manually pickup the calls, while driving at 80 mph or 90 mph.

You may have observed that everyone is in hurry while on road. How many of you leave for for your work or college before time ? I think when someone is leaving for office/college at time then he/she would be in hurry that can also be a cause of accident. There is not even a single road where accident does not occur daily. Thousands of people die each year during these accidents. How can we reduce road accidents?
What are the main factors responsible for accidents in your country ? In my country mostly traffic signal violation.

In our country, the min cause of accidents are uneducated drivers. Here we live in a xpuntry where traffic signs are prevalent. The thing is, drivers often ignore these signs and go their own way in driving. Solid yellow lanes or solidwhite lanes are often ignored.

Most of the time its out of focus, while driving theyre doing something and lost their focus on the wheels, that is very not so good, it could cause such a horrible accident that can cause death. Please explain the logic behind this 5% figure. Are you saying that 5% of all the drivers in Asian countries die every year? Or are you saying that the deaths from traffic accidents are increasing by 5% per year in the Asian countries? It depends on the country. The situation is not the same every where. You can't compare countries such as Japan and Singapore to India and Bangladesh.

Speed and control. People are bound to make mistakes. Accidents are due to mistake of humans.
So, we need a change in the way we travel, subways, monorails are generally safer, automated driving cars or other form of transportation are the only option we are heading to.

I think the main cause of road accidents these days is lack of road discipline. Motorists are having a hardtime controlling their speed sometimes. These wrecklesness results to accidents that affects even the innoscent people in the road. They should know how to drive safely for the sake of their passengers.
