Hi . Any idea when token bought via credit card will be transferable?

I'm pretty sure that CC purchases are locked for 6 months. So I expect that's when tokens get transferred to wallet. It's a crazy length of time but I suppose this is a long term investment, and the best returns come after a few years. The payouts even for CC purchases start after a week of listing so this is a great buy and hold investment.

If someone pay via Credit Card and his/her KYC status is showing as "Submitted" but there is zero Token in his/her EVN Wallet of MetaMask and also using ETH address on https://www.envion.org/en/balance/  and it says "This address holds 0 EVN tokens". Is it something wrong with the person, missing some steps? or just have to wait for KYC or Credit Card processing time ? Its been done since day one the sale tokens started, how long will it take to start seeing token in wallet?
