Contact the mining pools support on this. I dont know.

Stop using the pools that charge 4%. The devs have stated that the goal is to close then as soon as possible, as they dont want to run them, and they specifically charged 4% to discourage users from choosing them to mine. eupool.electroneum.com
uspool.electroneum.com
asiapool.electroneum.com

My approximate calculations suggest that there are at least 5-10 BTC in ETN coins haven't been accounted for and that's ~ 36,000-72,000 USD in today's money.

If Electroneum development team is not going to release those payouts, I guess the community would be curious to know how those money will be spent.

Thank you.

Contraband can you please address this issue, and ask the devs if they have any plans to release the coins that were mined???  Huh

Does anyone know where I can see a live graph of ETN / USD?  Something that updates live and doesn't need to refresh the page to see the price in USD.

You can change the settings on CMC to reflect $ instead of BTC

But CMC is not live updates.  I need to refresh the page to see new price.

Yes, that is true, you must refresh it

You are being asked to stop posting here, as you have been misleading and lying to the community.

You are being asked never to post here again, and if you do you will be reported to the Moderators.

I ask the rest of the community, if you see him post, click "report to moderator" on the bottom right hand of his post, and report him for spamming the thread, now that he has been asked to stop posting.

Did you confirm the transaction in your email? They send an email and you have to confirm before they payout. Is your wallet in sync?

Confirmed with email, wallet has been synced - have been mining during this time and received payouts from pools!

Double check the address you sent it to. Never had an issue like that with Cryptopia. Something must have gone wrong. Hopefully you get it sorted soon bud.

I used my correct wallet address with a payment ID that was generated from CLI wallet!
Could this be the issue? as i have read that payment ID was not required when sending to wallet!

You can check your transaction ID in the withdrawal history then search it on blockexplorer.electroneum.com to see if it has been included in a block, I've had a couple of transactions take a while but I dont see anything older than ~2hrs in the mempool.

You dont need a payment ID when sending to the wallet but I wouldn't think that would mess anything up, i'm not fimiliar with Monero but I think thats just an optional ID tag for the reciever that can be ignored from the point of view of a raw transaction but I might be wrong on that.

The Dev, Richard Ells himself, said that they would rather people use pools that are independent. Thats why they made it 4%. So that other pools would "put them out of business"

I feel like you are really on top of things Contraband, but you are dodging this question every time.

Why won't the devs comment about the pools they setup and collected 4% on that stopped paying out after 12 hours but continued to accept shares for days?

This is a major issue and a lot of coins should still be distributed to the miners that earned them. Not one word about it is very unprofessional even if they don't want to continue running the pools is no excuse for not paying out or addressing problems.

Please at least address this and don't say contact support. Are you not the support for the community?

This is my main issue, there is no transaction ID so i cannot search for it.
I have a feeling they are keeping my ETN and possibly trading with it! They are the only exchange that its listed on at the moment!!!

IMO Cryptopia are trustworthy but exchanges are complicated things so something may have just gone wrong, I'm sure they will sort it out for you. They are big enough they can make a killing just on fees, for them to risk being shutdown from trading with users funds would be very unlikely IMO.

Dude you are dodging the question AGAIN. We have all moved on to other working pools, because the devs don't want to be bothered.

This question is about the coins already mined on the dev pools that they have not paid out. Are the stolen from us? Will they be paid? Are the devs just going to keep them? Where are the coins we already mined.

This is a for sure way to "put yourself out of business" just keep everything people mined on your pools.

Many people don't understand what happened, and thank you for looking into this. Sorry I had to get your attention in such a way.

The US pool stopped payouts at 9AM on day 2, but we mined all day on day 2. So those payouts should still exist on the pool, but nobody is saying anything but go to another pool.

I will check with this issue. I dont see many people mentioning it. If what you say is the case, I will find out for you and get it addressed.

I am not trying to dodge you, sorry, Ive been trying to deal with a few scammers that keep mis-quoting me.

Sorry, it took me so long to respond.

Many people don't understand what happened, and thank you for looking into this. Sorry I had to get your attention in such a way.

The US pool stopped payouts at 9AM on day 2, but we mined all day on day 2. So those payouts should still exist on the pool, but nobody is saying anything but go to another pool.

Can everyone else respond to this post if this has happened to you.

Thank you

Anyone else unable to login into their account? It says my account no longer exists. I can't even view my coins...is this do to them shutting down the system, in which I will be able to at least view my coins upon them bringing it back up?
