The best time to buy is pretty much dependent on how much value the coin has. If it's price point is a little too much to be bought, then most likely, it is. However, that also can be compared to how much a person can shed in terms of capital. I agree, there's something about the end of the year that makes bitcoin's value really high. I mean it's a good thing. This is why we have a year to keep on investing on bitcoin, because surely by the end of the year it's value will increase once again and many would earn from it's profit.
